Really beautiful hotel along the Tom River. Very service minded and friendly staff. Beautiful and big rooms. Enjoyed the spa also. Breakfast amazing... everything you could dream off and tasteful also. Tried the restaurant also....very tasteful too....the ordering process could have been easier if the menu card also were written in English. All in all a pearl in the Center of Kemerovo.

Not 4 stars. The hotel floors are above the operating rooms of the eye center. The white doors of the rooms, apparently, so that the atmosphere of the hospital is preserved. The dishes in the room had stood since breakfast late in the evening, and they did not think to clean it. Do not drink coffee in the lobby in the evening - the bartender goes home. Sleeping at night is fine, but not for rest.
