I don’t know about you, but I rested there and was pleased. There is food delivery to the room. If you want to pay in cash, you can also pay by card. Since I smoke myself, I was given a smoking room. Terrible service!!!!! We booked a sauna for half a year, confirmed the reservation 3 months in advance, and made an advance payment. As of 01.01.22. And in three weeks the administrator called and said that they were closed by order of Rospotrebnadzor!!! Although when the next day they tried to order as a test, it turned out that they were not closed at all !!!!! You can't do that at all! Word of mouth it works!!!! In vain you are so !!!!!

Large hall for guests, beautiful decoration of the room, two lounges plus salt water drops. I liked it very much.

Previously, we were in the next hall, there was a sauna / warm pool on the street (there were new years) / jacuzzi / pool / indoor shower. Of the minuses at that time - mosquitoes flew.
There is a large outdoor pool with children for general use, the cost of visiting is 350 rubles per person, they are open from 10.00 to 20.00. An excellent option for relaxation.

There is a cafe, so you can safely go for the whole day.

Hello everybody. In general, the establishment is not bad. There are downsides. We were given a room on the third floor of room 36. There was no curtain in the shower, the water would not be adjusted in the shower, either hot or cold, well, it probably depends on the networks. In the corridor, the smell of tobacco who does not smoke will understand it. Fire alarm is triggered periodically. Music plays loudly in the cafe for half the night. If you want to sleep it is better to choose another place. If sleep is not so important, then it is normal. 🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍👍

I want to also leave your opinion about visiting the hotel complex. The rooms are nice, but the service wants to be better. Sometimes in the bathroom there is liquid soap and some shower faucets in need of repair. In some rooms there is a musty smell that immediately spoils the atmosphere of mood. twin beds require minor repairs. I ask the administration to pay attention to these shortcomings.

We three consecutive years noted here my birthday, everything was fine. This year somehow just went wrong, first the administrator waited 15 minutes even though we had paid reservations. The pool is very cold, direct ice, and then a smell of sewage and varnish we asked us somewhere to move, we were given a room with a Jacuzzi which we never scored, we turned it on and there floated some lumps. Place unpleasant. In the steam room you can not pour water on the stones and use a broom. Cold room. Pools from the looks of it never cleaned. The water is cold and dirty. Again, do not go here and not advise anyone.
