We ended up at this recreation center by chance, because... all checked options were occupied. I will try to be objective, although at first I wanted to turn around and leave, despite the advance payment.
There are several houses at the base; we were accommodated at the entrance. The house, judging by the abundance of personal belongings, belongs to the owner. Nearby households. buildings, a chicken coop, a barn and an outdoor toilet, and nearby - it’s literally a few steps away. Accordingly, the smell... Hence the huge number of flies that simply attack people.
The territory is not landscaped, the exits to the pond are all overgrown and muddy, the children's area is very scarce.
There is a bathhouse with access to a pond, you can jump, but I didn’t really like the bathhouse itself, but it’s a matter of taste.
There are no paths along which you can walk along the shore.
But the most interesting thing is that there is no water at all. You need to take it with you. There is no electricity either, although the generator is working.
Although, to be fair, you can find some entertainment. We sunbathed on our air mattresses, rented a boat, and went to the gazebo on the shore (there were, of course, tons of mosquitoes, but there was fresh air). If you take care of this place, create paths, make exits to the pond, etc., there may be a completely competitive option, and so...
In general, if you are tired of the delights of civilization and want to taste the “joys” of village life, then you will like this recreation center))
