So-so hotel. On the plus side: breakfast can be served at least at 4 in the morning if you are early for a plane. Cons: in the room for 4.5 tr there is no bathrobe, no dental kit, no tea bag. The TV can only be seen through binoculars.

Located in a normal area, not in the city center. There are 2 grocery stores nearby that can be useful to hotel guests.

The hotel is not bad, the staff is helpful, but the prices spoil everything!!! The owners are just goons.

We were in the sauna of this hotel. Great place for a small company (we were 5 people) clean, comfortable, the administrator girl gave us a gift for another 30 minutes of time! We celebrated a birthday . I liked everything very much

Checked in quickly, room was given according to my wishes. The breakfasts are delicious and cleaned every day. Everything is clean, comfortable. I paid attention to the tea stations in the room, for me it was a big plus. In my opinion, the best option for Surgut.
