There was an urgent need to check in, we found this one on the site, the operator explained in detail how to get there and booked a room for us. The hostel itself is clean and comfortable.

400 rubles, that says it all. Furnishing at 3, service at 3. Taxis (Yandex / Citymobil) go to the address only by bank transfer. Located on the outskirts, 2 km from a large shopping center. Which is undoubtedly a plus for those who want to walk. Place on a solid top three! At the cost of accommodation, 10 out of 5 possible!

Good hostel for the money. We were 3 adults. Checked in at one in the morning in a room for 4, quiet, calm. We will definitely come again when we are in Ukhta.

02/18/2022 Under review Nice and clean room. Magnificent view from the window. Convenient location of the hotel, friendly staff. Bathroom with hydromassage. Breakfast is included in the room rate, I liked the hotel.

An original hotel. The first time, to get to my floor, I use the key in the elevator. The room is huge. The bathroom is huge. Not bad with sockets. But the curtains should be tighter - it's too light on white nights

Stayed for a day. I liked it very much! Service (I mean both the hotel staff and the restaurant staff) is carried out with high quality, the apartments pleased the eye with cleanliness and comfort. I put 5/5.

Huge room, good insulation. Over 5500 is still a bit poor breakfast. Hotel from 9 to 12 floors, the rest are offices. Decent plumbing, the place is excellent, it feels expensive for Syktyvkar.

The rooms are quite comfortable. There is everything you need: to wash, relax, drink tea or coffee. There is a microwave in the lobby. There is a smoking room. Decent breakfast (buffet) and dinner. The staff are friendly.

An excellent hotel, quite decent quality of the room. In my case, I went to study, a double room: two lorry beds, shower, toilet, TV, cable TV, kettle, table, wardrobe, free wi-fi. To my surprise, the "standard" room also includes breakfast (like come and take what you want), you don't need your own dishes, the room has everything: water, tea, coffee, a mug, appliances. Magnet in 3 minutes, bus stops...

Spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price (full, not symbolic by the way). The staff is friendly (drove in at night, gave the keys and said go sleep, tomorrow we will arrange everything and pay). The bed is clean, the bed is large, comfortable. Curtains are only weak for white nights. The room has a kettle and tea with sugar))

Normal, inexpensive hotel. It is located near the airport (although everything is nearby), there is no breakfast, there is a cafe in the building, but it does not work for long. A fairly cramped bathroom. Soundproofing is weak. The internet is good. It will do for a couple of nights, although I did not get enough sleep, for which special thanks to the Syktyvkar mosquitoes.

I found the hotel on the navigator, there are no signs. The rooms are spacious and freshly renovated. That's just hot water from the heater is enough for one person to wash ... There are no breakfasts on the day off, because WEEKEND

A cheap hotel, a room without heating radiators, the room is heated by a warm floor at the entrance. Towels and bed linen are not clean. The corridor smelled of rotten dampness upon arrival. I also advise you to refuse breakfast, the cafe prepares simple but tasteless dishes. The only plus of the hotel is a one and a half liter bottle of water in the room.

All well but very cold. There is no heating, warm floors only, but they do not warm up the room. There's no toilet paper. In all other respects like no complaints.

Agree with previous ones. Spacious rooms, cleanliness, cafe downstairs. But: lack of public transport nearby, poor quality TV programs. The hotel is on the second floor and the lack of signs, at night you have to look for where to go. At the exit of a puddle of mud.

Very clean and quiet!!! The friendly and attentive hosts. Prices in hotel are reasonable, the downstairs is a cafe where you can eat!!! Recommend!!!

If you do not take into account the location (there are no buses and paths / sidewalk from Oktyabrsky to the place), then it's pretty decent. Fresh renovation, new furniture, the room has everything for a comfortable stay (TV, refrigerator, kettle, dishes). Drinking water and a toilet on the floor, but everything is close.

Very clean, all furniture and appliances in excellent condition. The price is pleasant. But most of all I liked the staff, without unnecessary officialdom and really hospitable people.

The hotel really surprised me! The room is clean and comfortable, all the furniture is new. Neighbors are not heard. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. Someone may be upset by the view from the window, but in all other respects a solid 5. Separate respect to the administrator!

The furniture in the room is new. The room is clean and pretty well done. Toilet and bathroom on the floor, also all new and clean. Only the door to the room is not locked tightly, you can hear every sneeze in the corridor.
