The hotel is located in the center of Syktyvkar, we stopped at night, took a room on the 3rd floor, 2 adults.
Remarks: the room was prepared for one person (towel, water), there was no air conditioner, it was stuffy, mosquitoes flew open the windows, Ik. there are no nets (you need to ask for anti-mosquito at the reception), the wi-fi did not work, the hot water did not heat up immediately.
Plus: the cleanliness of the bathroom, a large bed, a deposit of 2000 rubles is possible with pets.

The bedspreads were not the first freshness, the pillows are a bit large. But in general I liked it, quiet, calm, clean. All the amenities in the room (kettle, refrigerator, shower, toilet) I recommend.

A good hotel in terms of price and quality, the rooms are clean, have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Small flaws, rooms on the side of the road, there is audibility from the street even with the windows closed, a little cool, you can fix it (lift the curtains on the windowsill and get decorative grilles and become warm and comfortable) and the final minus TC is not the dining room itself. But in principle, you can live comfortably for several days.
