The staff is more than friendly, speaks excellent English and is very helpful. Early check in and late check out help us to have a comfortable stay. Hotel is clean and comfortable, better than its 3* ranking. Have been there with a group of 5 and were more than happy choosing this hotel.

Booked a room, a comfortable room in the hotel. Nice view from the window and access to the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff, service is adequate, Wi-Fi is available.
The water is very hot at the tap. Boiling water, gently.
The hotel suited me perfectly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in the room. Pleased with the presence of a refrigerator, kettle and a set of dishes in the room. For breakfast, you need to go down to the reception. There are 6 types of dishes on the breakfast menu. There you can always ask to warm up your food. Beautiful! Good renovation, lots of light. All doors with electronic locks. Wi-Fi. Climatic systems. Luxurious floor-to-ceiling windows. Parking lot with a barrier. Dinner and breakfast can be ordered. Payment by card and cash. Just do not take the smallest room, even one person has nowhere to turn around))) Overall a pleasant hotel!
Very cool rooms, clean, tidy, polite.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. Great hot tub, glass wall in the bathtub, not for everybody, but there is a curtain. All in all, I highly recommend it. The view from the 6th floor in my case was on the city. There is also a restaurant on the 7th floor and there is a very decent coffee machine.
Great, new hotel, comfortable rooms with everything you need. Delicious breakfasts.

02/18/2022 Under review Nice and clean room. Magnificent view from the window. Convenient location of the hotel, friendly staff. Bathroom with hydromassage. Breakfast is included in the room rate, I liked the hotel.
An original hotel. The first time, to get to my floor, I use the key in the elevator. The room is huge. The bathroom is huge. Not bad with sockets. But the curtains should be tighter - it's too light on white nights
Stayed for a day. I liked it very much! Service (I mean both the hotel staff and the restaurant staff) is carried out with high quality, the apartments pleased the eye with cleanliness and comfort. I put 5/5.
Huge room, good insulation. Over 5500 is still a bit poor breakfast. Hotel from 9 to 12 floors, the rest are offices. Decent plumbing, the place is excellent, it feels expensive for Syktyvkar.
