A wonderful place to stay. Perfect cleanliness, very beautiful interior of the old house, thought out to the smallest detail. Separate bathroom in each room. Own parking in the yard in front of the house. And what delicious breakfasts of pancakes with an apple !!!)

Very comfortable home, everything in the house from curtains to furniture made by the owners. Very warm, pleasant atmosphere. The house is well located, about 20 minutes on foot and you are in the city center. And in five minutes walk is the Holy Trinity Ipatiev Monastery.

Of course, I don’t want to share this fabulous place, but I have to. The place is fabulous. Pine forest with a view of the Volga, silence, tranquility, rich smell of pine forest. Very friendly staff, incredibly delicious breakfast. The sanatorium itself is not far from the city, the bus runs like clockwork approximately every 30 minutes, a taxi costs about 400 rubles. I'm already dreaming of going...

Renovations are required both inside and outside the building. It is dangerous to walk along the stairs to the Volga (there are not enough steps). The nurses are kind, care for the elderly and help them!
