Let's start with booking a room: we booked a 4-bed studio at a price of 65 thousand for 10 days. Everything was fine at first, the reservation was confirmed. After 3 weeks, we decided to go to the site out of curiosity and saw that now the prices for such a studio are 55 thousand. I wrote to Albina asking if it was possible to recalculate the price, to which I received the answer: “this is the price for another woman who books almost all the rooms.” Well, I think screw him. A few hours later and towards evening the situation had not changed, and the price remained the same. As a result, we booked this room at a price of 55 thousand. The reservation was also successfully confirmed. We rejoice and expect that they will write later that “they confirmed it by mistake,” etc. But no, a day, a week, a month passes. Didn't unsubscribe. As a result, the first reservation for the room was cancelled. Result: Albina lied and made up stories about some woman.
Upon arrival, they showed us our room and it was complete horror. Expectations and photos from the site did not correspond to reality. The room was in terrible condition: the paint/wallpaper was peeling; the cornice hung on the snot; the floors under the linoleum were either rotten or dented. Twist your leg, how to do it. The door to the bathroom cannot be opened due to uneven floors; constant stench in the toilet; terrible implementation of the shower - water constantly ends up on the floor, curtains do not help; The toilet flush button gets stuck causing water to flow until you press it; almost constant lack of hot water both in the morning and in the evening (only 2 boilers for all rooms); periodic blackouts;
And also, due to its openness, all nearby hotels and lodges have access to the kitchen and pool, which ultimately creates wild queues in the kitchen (waiting time of 40 minutes) and a large crowd of people in the pool; the pool was never cleaned in our presence; there was dirt and sand at the bottom; the cuisine is expensive and not to say delicious; the dishes come across dirty; the cook works without a special uniform; The sun loungers are located next to the pool, so they are constantly wet from children jumping into the water. Thus, it is impossible to lie quietly and relax; interior decor (paintings) was removed and screws were left in the wall; Payment by cash or transfer (no bank terminal).
They can easily refuse to take you to the beach, although upon arrival it was stated that they would carry you individually. And in our case, the answers were from the category “...I’m tired, because I’m also a person. If there are at least 5 people (there were three of us), then I’ll take you…” Another driver even said that he doesn’t take people to the sea, but takes other people to the dining room, because their kitchen is ALREADY closed. But while we were walking to the sea, we went into a couple of shops and saw him driving from the beach.
Information from the site and my feedback:
The estate positions itself as a holiday for families, with pets, for young couples, for tourists - during the holiday they settled in 3 children's sports camps, which resulted in noise and commotion both in the rooms and on the site, both in the morning , and in the evening. The walls are so cardboard that you can hear any sounds and conversations of the neighbors.
A comfortable mirror in the room is never uncomfortable. Hangs on the side wall of the closet, where you can’t turn around and do anything really.
We asked for a set of towels several times both on the day of check-in and the next day.
Mineral water was not provided at all.
Electronic locks - do not work properly and have no idea why they are needed at all. They were never used, no one said anything about them.
Free parking for cars - there really is parking, but it is not equipped in any way and is therefore pure marketing.
Free swimming pool – we’ve never seen it cleaned and it’s almost always filled with children, so you can’t really swim.
7 minutes to the beach - this is provided that you are taken by electric car. In fact, the walk is 10-15 minutes.
Its own dining room is expensive and not particularly tasty, there are long queues. For that kind of money, if you’re not too lazy, you can have a much tastier lunch somewhere else. Only 5-6 tables. If you didn’t manage to borrow it on time, you’ll have to stand for lunch or carry it to your place.

PlayStation - after the arrival of the second or third camp, there were not enough places to stay and the children were placed in the entertainment room. As a result, one could forget about PlayStation for some days. That's a good plus
