Very nice hotel with modern renovation , very clean , cleaned every day . The administrator Alena and the maid Tatyana are very responsive. The location is convenient, the sea is right behind the dune, on the 1st floor of the hotel there is a supermarket and a dining room. The pool is not big but clean and warm. The territory is small, and the sun is only until lunchtime on the territory.
We liked the hotel, we will definitely come again. In September, a room per night cost 1,500 rubles for two, it's just for nothing. Thanks to the hotel staff.

Rested with two families in July 21. I liked everything, especially:

Proximity to the sea, max 5 minutes on flat
Convenient location for shops, cafes.
The presence of an autonomous generator and water supply.
Friendly staff, especially the administrator Alena.
Felt very comfortable and cozy. The dining room is not very good, there are a bunch of other cafes / canteens in the area. You can choose according to your taste.

The hotel is a 3.5 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned every day. There is a mini fridge and air conditioning. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool for children. Of the shortcomings: breakfast is not included, this is a delusion; food in the dining room is of poor quality; there is a huge gap under the door to the room, so be prepared to listen from the hallway to the op of children and their fast parents.
The following situation happened: I booked a room at the Eridan Hotel for two days, through the website “hotels.com”.
When I called there, they said that the reservation does not exist. The administrator stated that allegedly this hotel no longer has an agreement with this site and that there was already such a situation when tourists came by booking on this site, but they were refused to accept them on this reservation. They offered to book directly through their hotel, but at different prices, naturally higher. They said that it was enough to make an advance payment of 1000 rubles, but when I called again 10 minutes later, they said that this was not enough and that at least 2000 were needed. They also said that like “we do not insist that you check in if you do not agree with these conditions” . I refused, of course, and found another hotel.

Of the benefits: transfer, clean, comfortable, swimming pool on site, shop and dining room downstairs, slowly 10 minutes to the beach with a child along a convenient good road, opened in 2019, fresh, friendly staff!
