SUNPARCO HOTEL All inclusive

The hotel is simply wonderful! Perfect for a family vacation. Delicious food, great animation and there is always something to do for yourself and your children on the premises!

We were supposed to check in on June 14. We booked the hotel on April 1, 100% prepayment. We were calmly waiting for our vacation, but then my wife accidentally started reading reviews on June 5 and her hair stood on end... We immediately filed a claim for a refund. I would like to note that no one made excuses. They returned the money. Only for this (for honesty) I give it 5 *

We were on holiday from the end of July to the beginning of August, the days were hot. My husband, daughter and I. We checked into the room quickly, we managed to do a lot of things that day. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are new - my husband did not find any stains. The service is good, we did not complain much, just little things. The most important thing for me in the room is that the shower and toilet are sterile - I was pleased with the cleanliness. The food was also delicious, there was plenty to choose from, my daughter is capricious, but she was also pleased with the menu. The rest, the pool and just the beauty around, flowers, umbrellas, everything is so nice, we were satisfied, thank you.

I decided to write about my stay at the Sunparco Hotel. We were a family of 4, two adults and two children ages 5 and 7. I'll start in order. Our room was a "double studio", the room has a kettle, dishes, microwave, but no tea or coffee. The room is spacious, everything is new and beautiful, the linen is clean, the beds are comfortable. The only thing we missed in the room was hooks in the shower and a dryer, it is there but only for two symbolic towels. When we checked in the room was clean and equipped for 4 people. The room was cleaned once a week, but that was enough for us. The maid on the fourth floor was just wonderful at the request and changed beach towels in the room. As for food, I can say the following: on the first day it seemed to me that the cuisine in this hotel is not very good. But then, having figured out where everything was, everything turned out not even bad. As they wrote earlier in the reviews, the dishes are really not very convenient, I also didn’t have enough signs near the dishes, it’s not always clear that this is a roast or a liver. The drinks are delicious, but children do not drink hibiscus, green tea, dried fruit compote. Baking is average. Otherwise, everything was fine, everyone can choose their own diet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And by the way, about dirty dishes, as we wrote earlier in the reviews, we did not come across a single dirty or unwashed dish. It may have been fixed before our arrival. The territory of the hotel is very well-groomed, a wonderful playground, the lawns are all mowed, the pool is also very clean, periodically it smelled of bleach, but this is normal. Near the pool showers, toilets. By the way, I want to note that all the toilets on the territory are clean, thanks to the staff with so many vacationers it is difficult. The hotel has a free and paid bar as well as a grocery store. In the free bar you can take alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic drinks. Ice cream, cotton candy and milkshake according to the schedule, i.e. at certain hours. There is also animation in the hotel: the guys tried everything in different ways, someone messed around, someone gave all the best, to the fullest). The clothes of the animators are, of course, shameful, the red polo is still nothing on the territory, but it’s time to throw out the beach T-shirts, but of course the guys are not to blame for this, this is more a question for the organizers. About the beach: 10 minutes to the beach, on the beach there are a large number of sun loungers, shower, toilet. Everything you need is there. And there is also a wooden path to the beach, which is very convenient for those with children in strollers. About the repair that was written earlier. We did not hear anything with regards to construction noise throughout the rest))). I put 4 stars because there is something to fix to reconsider. But overall it was a great vacation!
