The hotel is located on the territory of a former children's camp. The renovation is old, furniture and plumbing are also relatively old. Rented a junior suite. Two rooms with air conditioning, TV. There are also beds for three people and a sofa bed. The furniture is all old too, the mattresses are not comfortable (spring). The area is not well maintained, but there is an old playground. Accepted with pets: there is a place to walk the dog. In the dining room on the territory, the food is not very good, we were once, then we went to a cafe with more delicious food. Plus: private sandy beach with free sun loungers and a shared awning.

The beach starts right outside the gate. Private beach and free sun loungers for guests. What else do you need on vacation !? Large territory, great location of the rooms. We are very unpretentious in terms of service. There is all the necessary minimum: a clean room, furniture for storing things, air conditioning, refrigerator, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, hot water. We had a great rest!

- minute access to the beach
- there is a small dining room on the territory
Minuses:
- WiFi works intermittently, in the half of the territory that is closer to the beach does not work at all
- furnishings in the rooms
- cleaning every 3 days

Close to the sea, its own beach access. A very large area, but neglected, as well as the number of rooms. It seems that there is not enough master in the house. Hopefully this place will develop!

Now there is no such thing as in the photo. The area is huge and empty. It was possible to plant lawn grass trees on this dry land. Place benches. Make a fountain. Football field. In general, improve the territory.
