I just returned from vacation at the Motylek sanatorium. I would like to share my impressions. I believe that my vacation in Anapa took place at the most beautiful time of the year - in spring, and even in May! Although it did not work out to swim in the sea, but it was able to sunbathe. Moreover, there are already many sunbathing vacationers on the beach.
Anapa is very beautiful in the spring. Everything is blooming and fragrant, especially on the territory of the sanatorium. Many flowers, greenery. I liked the pots with flowers.
Now about the sanatorium itself. I went to the sanatorium in the morning. While filling out the documents, they immediately settled in. Next to the residential building there is a canteen and a medical building. You don't have to go far. The pump room is also on the territory, which is very convenient - I drank some water, rested a little and eat. You can eat properly only 20-30 minutes after drinking water.
What I liked was the balcony in the room. It's nice to sit down and admire the spring and enjoy the sea air. Unfortunately, there is no such air in big cities. The room is cozy. In the bathroom, the usual set: soap, gels and towels were constantly changed.
Now about the treatment. The therapist accepted, prescribed the procedures. Then I went to her a couple more times. I was asked how I felt after the procedures, my blood pressure was measured. I liked the baths, after them such relaxation. I would like more massage, at least 30-40 minutes. The medical building shows that it has recently been renovated. Everything is cozy and tidy.
Now the most important thing is nutrition. As soon as you approach the dining room, the smell of food is already delicious. The waitresses serve quickly. There are not very many people, apparently because it is not the season yet. I like vegetables, they were given a lot of them. Now I want to cook some dishes at home. In the phytobar I drank an oatmeal cocktail. Nice drink.
From the sanatorium we were taken on a tour of the sights that are located near the sanatorium. It was interesting to know about the place where you are resting. It turns out that the Greeks once lived in Anapa.
The rest in the sanatorium flew by so quickly and unnoticed. I would like to come back for more. I received a sea of ​​positive energy and a boost of energy.
