The whole territory was in the water and partially remained so a week after the cyclone (a night shower in a few days and water increased).
People from the distant building walked for a couple of days in the water, 30 centimeters deep, then a path of pallets was laid for them. The passage to the sea (and it is through the territory of a neighboring hotel) was through a knee-deep puddle, later pallets were also thrown there.
Any large downpour is fraught with flooding of the territory. The stagnant water began to rot and there was a disgusting smell. Nobody tried to fight it. The territory of the hotel, through which the passage to the sea, was filled in the same way, they dumped water into the sea, but they could not or did not have time and it also began to stink. They continued to pour this rubbish into the sea, right on the territory of their beach. Is it a coincidence, but in the same period, people began to fall sharply with rotavirus.
Now for the rest.
Pros:
-large room (although there are much smaller ones, only the bed fits)

- relatively large closet
-good internet, transmitter in every room
-kettle, tea, coffee, sugar in the room
- cleaning every day
- food is good, but the choice is small, especially salads
Minuses:
- disgusting mattresses, it is impossible to sleep. Soft, lying in a hole
-cabinet without shelves and with 1st door (designer, if he was, theorist)
- no hangers at the entrance
- some strange smell in the room, appeared periodically, the source could not be found
- lack of freshener in the toilet
-some dishes in the dining room were taken out only at the beginning, after 30-40 minutes there were no more repetitions (although it seems like each building should eat at different times and the menu should be complete)
- often ran out of milk in coffee machines and this was not monitored
-constant shortage of knives and teaspoons
1. Numbers.
You can judge from the photos. This is a family room. The design is modern, beautiful, spacious, except that the bathroom is designed for 1 person (I forgot to take a photo). I like it because both rooms have air conditioning, and it is extremely good. There are TVs, but they are purely for watching the news. You can connect a flash drive to them, but watching movies through it is generally not interesting - the screen is small (20-25 inches), and only the voice transmits sound well.
2. Nutrition
It's difficult here. There are only 4 tables with 4 trays of food on each, plus 4 saucers of sweets. As for me, this is not enough. Plus, the food here is weird. Sometimes there are very tasty dishes (rice with meat, cutlets, croissants, mussels, sausages), and there are tasteless substances that exist just to chew (pasta, some types of sausage, bread, potatoes, lettuce, and even cucumbers and tomatoes). In principle, it will do, but I would like better. On the other hand, the hotel is 3 stars, so there is no reason to complain.
3. Places for swimming.
There is 1 swimming pool and access to the black sea. The pool is good, not too deep, but small - sometimes there are too many people, and it will not work to jump into it. The sea here, of course, is another story. I don’t know if we were lucky or if it’s here all the time, but the sea is blooming, and hellishly. There is a lot of Tina right there - she is thrown ashore, but still you go through the first 10 meters like in a swamp (we came in early July). In addition, there was an invasion of ladybugs. This has already been covered in the news. I don’t know what this is connected with, but they literally filled the beach and the road to it. It was wildly uncomfortable, but I hope that this really happens once every few years, and that we are just so lucky.
In general, the hotel is ok and fully justifies its 3 stars and could easily get a 4, but there are too many nuances. I can recommend it, but only in comparison with other hotels in Anapa and Russian resorts. Only one caveat - if you book, then take 1 or 2 buildings. They have been refurbished. (I was in the 2nd)
