With questions about compensation or mutual settlement of the discomfort caused, they advised not to show off to take money and move out or sit in the dark and be silent. The administrator of the dining room Gennady is rude to the guests and insolent, breaks down on his staff. In the dining room, food is not updated and is laid out three days ago. The bar staff is friendly and sympathetic to the guests. I do not recommend visiting this establishment. The only plus is the location to the beach. But we never managed to swim because the garbage was washed ashore after the flood, and the beach is not cleaned.

We rested in "Sofia" from 3.07 to 11.07.20. For early check-in at 8 am paid 2.5 thousand extra. When choosing a hotel, we were guided by reviews from last year. Since the season opened a week before our arrival. I was attracted by the first line and the presence of an equipped beach. But in the end, expectations diverged from reality. There is no talk of any 1.5 m distance. The neighboring beach "Crystal Comfort" wins. The sea is really 500 steps. Lots of loungers. The second problem is housekeeping. For a week, we never changed beach towels and cleaned 1 time, 1 time changed linen and towels. And this is in the hotel ☆☆☆. The towels were perforated. The maid also did not put hygiene items. The room we were given is large. This is a studio. The air conditioner worked. And water flowed from the faucet non-stop. The maid knew about it, but said that nothing could be done about it. Nobody wants anything. The service is terrible. Now about the dining room. The dishes are dirty. The range of food is the same type, besides the food is not heated. Come for 40 min. later there will be no more bread. Drinks for lunch are generally a laugh. Water and dried fruit compote (creepy). In general, the hotel staff is not very friendly. Of course, when they meet, they escort them to the room, but that's all, they don't even greet the guests. There are downsides to security as well. Security, as it were, is, But ... anyone can freely enter the hotel. We did not wear the issued bracelets on our hands (we wore them in a bag), the guard never asked us where we were going. Anyone can come in and enjoy everything both in the dining room and on the beach. Sophia has two pluses. This is a sea water pool. But there are few sunbeds near it and many are broken. And the second plus is the proximity of the sea.
Dear Director of this hotel, take action already! Disperse the staff who do not want to work for guests and bring profit to the owner of the hotel! You are really losing customers! Your money floats down the pipe along with the water from the current faucet. We ourselves will not go to you again and do not recommend to others!
