Inexpensive, polite staff. The presence of a pool and playground. The only thing that leaves much to be desired is the cleaning of the rooms: the cleaning lady cleaned up right before our arrival, but when I entered the room, I saw heaps of sand near the balcony and closet, as a result, they washed the floors themselves. There was also a dirty tile in the bathroom, after a simple cleaning with a cleaner, it glowed.

I won't say anything about the base itself, but I would like to note the dining room of the complex. Large selection of dishes, everything is fresh and tasty. We had breakfast here regularly (opens at 8-30). For my family of 4 people the check came out for breakfast 500-700 rubles, for lunch - 700-1000 rubles.

Conveniently located so far from the noise of the central streets. Exit to the sand dunes and the beach, where there are not many people. The beach is not equipped. Nearby there are equipped. The houses and buildings are quite nice, everything inside is not new, but the whole.

Beautiful place! The first coastline. The presence of a dining room, playground and pool. Access to the sea. Affordable room rates. Rooms in different price categories, which makes relaxation even more affordable. The rooms are clean. There is a system of discounts for regular customers and early bookings. We have been going to Lukomorye as a whole family for several years. Really like! In the dining room you can eat based on their financial capabilities (from economy and above). My rating of Lukomorye is 5 points.

A great place to relax for your money, the furniture is simple, but the rooms are large, there are many places, air conditioning. The territory is green, everything is neat and tidy, it is clear that they are being watched. There is a small but very clean pool with sun loungers both in the sun and under the canopy. Its access to the beach, though it rests on the beach of a neighboring hotel, whose workers do not allow to go through it and have to get around, but not significantly. Once again I repeat for the money that is asked here - the place is excellent. At the entrance there is a sign that according to the star classification there are 2 stars ⭐⭐.
