I came for a few days in early January, asked me to be taken early and put in a room with a sea view, everything was done promptly, for which many thanks :) Wonderful girls at the reception, clean single room (it seems even the blankets and pillows are new, or at least very clean), the room has everything you need. Liked the big bathroom and balcony. In summer, of course, it will be noisy due to the proximity to the tea house, but in winter it is excellent. They also gave a discount to the coffee shop on the ground floor, they serve delicious food. In the off season here with pleasure :)

Horrible , the room probably matches 3, runs conditioning in the room is a bucket, something fell from the ceiling, a lot of people, the all-inclusive heavily questioned

Overall, not bad. Pros: uninterrupted hot water, fresh and serviceable plumbing, kettle, large mirror, cooler in the hallway. Close to the sea, next to a good cafe.
Now cons: no elevator - ok, but no ramp at the entrance!! There was a linen room in the room next to our room, and the employees discussed their affairs loudly early in the morning, not being afraid to disturb the guests.
Making a ramp and training staff is not that expensive, but it would improve the experience of the hotel.

Hotel two arrivals. In the very center of Anapa. Sea and promenade nearby. We lived on the top 4th floor, which has rooms with balconies and sea and water park views. The room is spacious, modern, there is a hairdryer, kettle, dishes. Table and chairs on the balcony. Cleaning every day, linen change every 4 days. They give a 10 percent discount on food at the Olimp cafe (very tasty coffee, I recommend it). There is a car park next to the hotel. Of the minuses, there is no elevator.

Rested from 7 to 10 June. All perfectly. Despite that the center is relatively quiet. Good sound insulation of windows) in the rooms insulation is not very. A wonderful cafe at the hotel where we had breakfast, also living in the hotel offers a 10 percent discount on the entire menu. Yummy. The breakfasts were simple, included in the price, but we ate and everything was fresh and tasty. The rooms are clean, cleaned and took out the garbage every day.
I want to note that all administrators are very friendly, friendly and pleasant.

Great hotel in the heart of Anapa.
Lived on the 4th floor, view of the amusement park, the stadium and the sea.
Spacious room, good repair, everything is new, clean.
Cleaning daily.
Breakfasts were included. Very tasty and varied.
Among the shortcomings, one can note the noise from the rides in the evenings, which can be heard even with a closed balcony, so if you like to sit in silence in the evening, I do not recommend this hotel.
Personally, we were very pleased.
