A quiet good place, 10 minutes to the center, the rooms are clean, a large cozy closed courtyard - expanse for children! Very pleasant and attentive hosts (a young married couple) - any question at any time👍🏽 thank you for your attention and your "home" to which you want to return!

We stayed in September 2020 and everything was great. If we have a chance, we will come back next year. The rooms correspond to reality as in the photo. The hosts are friendly and kind

A dining room and a grocery store are located opposite the hotel. I advise everyone who wants to relax with children to choose other hotels where there are playgrounds

The location of the house is also very favorable: next to dining rooms, wine cellars, pubs, "shawarma", grocery, "Magnet", "Fix price". To the beach Vysoky Bereg 7 minutes, to Malaya Bay 20 minutes at a leisurely pace

There was a swimming pool, a playground, a new building was built, old rooms, like new ones, were equipped with good orthopedic mattresses, the whole hotel is filled with various flowers and tropical trees

In the evening, films or cartoons are played around the pool, if desired. The owners of the hotel offer guests to buy homemade wine and chacha (I'm not an expert in wine, but chacha is excellent)

There are few minuses, for me it is: no toilet by the pool, no dryers in the room. You don't always want to go down to the first floor to hang your laundry on a shared rope

Nice guesthouse for a family holiday. It offers two buildings of different price categories, an outdoor heated pool, children's playground, barbecue

On the second floor of one of the buildings there is a kitchen for self-catering. The territory is well-groomed and landscaped (a lot of flowers and other vegetation)

Everything is not a lot shabby, but there is a complete set of necessities on vacation - a TV, a bathroom, air conditioning, a large refrigerator and a clean large bed (!) :) The second minus is a window into the neighboring building after 1 m

I'll start with the drawbacks: this guest house, (probably, like any other "guest house") will not suit sissies and lovers of sterile conditions - there is dust under the bed and behind the bedside tables

But this is not scary at all for those who are not averse to create purity yourself

The most disgusting thing is that pigeons are constantly curling between the buildings - it would seem, romance !!! But no, it is suggested to dry things after the sea and after washing on the "pre-balcony", which has probably never been washed because of pigeon droppings

Great DG. Very nice hosts. Most of the guests are regular guests who come every year. The rooms are decent. Soundproofing standards. The prices are optimal. To the stone beach 5-7 minutes.

The people are kind, friendly. For your sake, they will make concessions. The place is good. The sea is not far away. The rooms are cozy.

We had a family room with a double bed and a single bed which not all hotels have. The owner, who is right there on the spot, controls and resolves everything. The staff is friendly and diligent

The hotel has a cafe with an adequate menu and inexpensive prices. Chefs try to make delicious and affordable, to bring something new. It's always hard with a child, especially. when a child is not eating well

Clean and comfortable guest house 5-7 minutes walk from the sea. Two buildings, its own dining room with a wide range of dishes and the coolest thing - two swimming pools! Adult and child
