A very decent hotel. Not inferior to Turkey. There are a lot of staff, the food is very tasty and varied, for lunch, dinner, beef, pork, chicken, fish are always presented. In the top five in Turkey, they don’t always feed like that. The beach is amazing, we saw dolphins. Great animation. There is nothing to complain about)) We are very grateful for this vacation, we were really surprised! The value for money is at its best, but maybe we were lucky, we took tours in advance. We have been resting here since July 26, we do not want to leave. I think next year our choice will fall again on Aurum.

We booked back in March, when it became clear that we were unlikely to go abroad this summer. The choice was between Crimea, Sochi and Anapa. There are stones in Sochi, so with children of three and four years old, NO. Crimea, as a very popular place, has recently been frightening with its crowdedness, therefore, also NO. Anapa remained. And as everyone knows that the cleanest sea in the Anapa region is the village of Blagoveshchenskaya. We booked Aurum for August and you know you didn't regret it. The hotel is new, all the shortcomings identified last year by tourists have been eliminated. The hotel justifies the all inclusive system in everything. Clean, modern comfortable rooms are no worse than in the Turkish "five". The food adapted to the Russian consumer, however, is varied, and meets the needs of all inclusive, as it was stated. The territory is large enough, swimming pools and a mini water park, in line with modern trends. The wide sandy beach is beyond praise. And the sea, as always, is unpredictable. The first few days there were green algae, but the elements are such a thing, independent of us. We saw everything: the cleanest sea and delightful dolphins. Children's animation is very good, the guys can see that they are trying and they succeed. Would we recommend this hotel? Definitely yes. Especially for the price of early booking or all kinds of promotions taking place in this hotel.

Thanks for the rest. Despite the fact that there were some problems with water and accommodation, this did not affect our holiday in any way. Of course, there is still work to be done in this hotel, but it draws on a solid 4 *. The first line, a chic swimming pool, a playground, and all the services that were declared on the site when booking were provided in full. We will be back next year for sure!

The hotel certainly stands out among all the resting places in st. Blagoveshchenskaya, but 4 stars as for me are so controversial. As a person who pays attention to the little things, I can say that the contractors were in a hurry when commissioning the object. The rooms have good wallpaper pasted in pieces, on the first floors there is dampness in the corners. In the bathroom, the shower stall area is fenced off with a curtain, although initially, judging by the remaining holes in the walls, there were glass rails. On the negative side, I can point out loud music in the beach area, but it probably only annoyed me. When you want to relax on the seashore, and loud music plays on both sides, it causes irritation. Apparently it is worth paying attention to the quality of acoustic technology. In terms of nutrition, some of the dishes were quite decent, but most of the food is made for volume. For some dishes, I had to stand in line, such as for pancakes. In the beach area, it would be worth revising the guests' treats. Awful pizza and mediocre donuts. Better equipment could be supplied. On the second floor in the bar area it was worth washing the stained-glass windows. such things spoil the overall impression of the hotel's rather good architecture. Special thanks to the service staff. You guys are great! Kitchen workers, reception, maids, everything. In a rather difficult regime, when there were a lot of people around, a lot of children, breaking equipment, claims of uneasy guests, they did their job with an absolutely calm look and real goodwill. Somewhere they did not have time, but it is obvious that the fault was not quite high-quality equipment. During registration I wrote down the program at the reception, coffee machines were often broken in the dining room, etc. The hotel owners have every chance to sort out the little things and the hotel will be even better.

Was not a pleasant moment upon arrival. Booked a room on the first line with a sea view, so that nothing has changed, arrived in a day, made a reservation at the reception and left. The next day we arrive, we register, we asked to wait until 14 o'clock. At 14 o'clock we come and say to pay for 5t.r. less, I think a great discount))) But I did not guess. Just in case, I ask what number? they answer me a standard with a view of the field !!! We are very surprised, but where is the first coastline with a sea view? And they just shrug their shoulders and overdose among themselves))) They started looking for a room with a sea view, like they found in a large distant building. I tell them okay, let's give this number, they are tired of standing at the reception to wipe the corners with two children, one child is 2 months old. Show it first. The girl took me, I looked somewhere in the wrong direction, opened the door and again the windows in the field))) I asked her, and where is the sea (I should have seen it, so it’s impossible to convey) the girl shows me with her hand on the field. I stand looking at her and I think maybe I'm really tired))) Suddenly she closes the door and went silently. Again at the reception took the keys and called me, we go up and bravo view of the sea through several houses !!! In general, the check-in turned out to be fun. It would, of course, be nice if for all the nerves they did some bonus, the spa can do something else, some trifle, but no, they just kept silent. Not a pleasant thing to do. And the next 2 days were spent not badly, only in the sea everything was green. But the pool was enough, they did not worry much.
