That is why this place was chosen. When settling in fact, expectations do not justify the cost of living, which is clearly overpriced only for its proximity to the sea. Less than 150 m walk to the sea. The cost of a room for 2 adults...

A place you want to come back to again and again. I love it for its cozy green Italian courtyard, comfortable rooms from VIP to family rooms. The rooms have dishes, refrigerator, air conditioner, disinfector. On the territory there is a heated swimming pool, a playground, two barbecues for grilling meat, a spacious kitchen. The sea is a 3-minute walk away.

The hotel is located in the center of the resort part of the village. View from the room on the mountain Hedgehog. On the left is the square in memory of Arkhip Osipov with a cross. Tourist buses stop at the cross. Near the water park, Sberterminal, Smak dining room. The sea is 5 minutes walk. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every 2-3 days. Living conditions are comfortable.

Very convenient location. Wonderful, kind hosts and friendly staff. The hotel is clean, quiet and peaceful. The rooms have everything you need, comfortable furniture, refrigerator, kettle, crockery, TV, hair dryer. There are comfortable chairs on the balcony, the view from the third floor is excellent. Microwave and ironing board with iron on the floor. There is parking.

Were in October, the price is average, in the summer, of course, an order of magnitude more expensive. The room is clean. TV, refrigerator. Very pleased with the soft bed. The room has a balcony very comfortable. There is parking so you don't have to worry about where to put your car. Really 5 minutes to the sea. All liked it. Thanks

We have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years. Everything corresponds to the price - comfort. The owners are very very friendly people, they always keep their promises, even with rooms or parking. The service staff is responsive and friendly. If you need a comfortable, relaxing holiday, then you won’t find a better place, I recommend it. There were no problems with resources either.
