Vacation was ruined irrevocably. Booked two weeks before the planned holiday for a specific date. When booking, they made an emphasis on the fact that the pool must work (as they came another year and the pool did not work, but we were not even warned and took full payment). Paid 100%. On the eve of departure at 20:00, they call us and inform us that the pool will not work. Apparently, the calculation was that we were already assembled and we had nowhere to go. When we nevertheless refused, we were offered to return the money, we wrote an application for a refund on the same day. Waited almost a month for a refund. And only after they threatened to appeal to the consumer protection service, we were returned the entire amount. In the summer of 2020, we rested on the basis of the same Victoria complex. The amount at the time of booking was announced one, and upon check-in we were told another amount much higher, with the words that the operator who made the reservation made a mistake and had already quit. Then we waited for the settlement in the sun until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, the room was not cleaned and had to look for staff to clean and change linen. The result is this: we will no longer apply to this tourist network. The recreation centers themselves are not bad, but the staff and attitude towards people is simply disgusting.

We travel often. But room 1800 for 1 night, where there is nothing but a refrigerator and beds. Toilet and shower outside. Of the pluses breakfast 200 r per person was good. For couples with children, I do not recommend it at all, because it is also very dusty in the room.

Disgusting value for money. For a room of one and a half thousand, except for a bed, a toilet, an air conditioner and a refrigerator, nothing. Boorish attitude, settled in new rooms in which everything is old, everything breaks. To the sea about 15 minutes. It is better not to go there with small children. This is the worst place I've stayed, but I was lucky that I stayed there for only two days.
