A great place for families with children! Very green area, a real greenhouse, the rooms are thought out to the smallest detail, especially cozy little things (junior suite), but the biggest bonus is the pool, which compensates for the cold or dirty sea on some days

There is no infrastructure in the village, 1 village shop. But because of this, there are no crowds of people, so this is also a plus. Pros: The pool is fire! The rooms are cozy. Entertainment for children, animation

An excellent place for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Gorgeous territory, amazing pool with lighting. Restaurant level food. Every day room service. The staff is polite and friendly.

Super! Everything is clean, well-groomed territory, spacious, many gazebos, excellent staff, animators, playgrounds, a chic pool with a bar, a dining room, covered parking

The location of the village is off the beaten path from civilization. Friendly staff, pool caretaker, Yulia bartender, security guard

Minuses: No wifi (maybe a plus, internet detox) There is nowhere to eat except the hotel canteen. As an offer, it would be nice to sell at least something hot in the bar, hot dogs, sandwiches, this was very lacking

Keep in mind that older people, especially those with restrictions on cardiovascular, musculoskeletal activities, will be problematic without transport and go down to the sea, and climb back to the house

The pebbly beach is not convenient for children, a river flows into the sea nearby, into which sewage is discharged, so you need to go to the beach away from the river

On the territory there is a parking lot, several barbecue areas, a 24-hour illuminated swimming pool, a dining room with high-quality and delicious home-made food, a public kitchen with gas stoves and necessary utensils, a table tennis table, a playground, and a horizontal bar

Everything is fine!!! The purest air! Only the main thing is to calculate your strength, since it’s hard to climb from the sea uphill to the hotel. But it didn’t spoil the best impressions of the rest

To the beach 5-7 minutes walk, back - 10-15 minutes

Cozy place. Many colors. Banana trees add exotics. From the room there was a great view of the mountain covered with pine forest and a piece of the sea in the distance. Picturesque.

I really liked Dzhankhot with its pine trees, silence, the sea! Do not compare with Gelendzhik and Kabardinka!

But very good and comfortable. The room is comfortable, the kitchen is large. The place to stay is comfortable, in the evening to sit perfectly. We'll be visiting ships more often

Small cozy hotel! Friendly staff! Reasonable prices for rooms, rooms from 2 local to a good family)

I advise you to rest only in this place. Samyts is the best hotel.

Nice room, clean, tasty food, the area is beautiful, well-kept, there is a swimming pool in the territory, what else is needed for a good rest, the only beach is rocky, but we didn’t spoil it

I liked everything, the sea is nearby, the rooms are large, the food is delicious, it is necessary to adjust the work of the service, and in particular the service in the restaurant.

Very friendly staff, thank you for everything. The entire pension is immersed in greenery and smells of flowers!

In the boarding house were 10 days in late August and early September. I was for the first time and pleasantly surprised. The boarding house itself is well located. The pension has a well-equipped room of 2 rooms

I have not seen other numbers I really liked the cafe. We arrived, as usual, with things. They do not have services for lifting suitcases to the floor. And we are 2 grandmothers and a 6 year old granddaughter

Great hotel! Great service! Great seating area and barbecue area! Close enough to the sea, and behind the hotel there is a forest from which raccoons periodically come! I didn’t have a chance to be in the rooms, as I was a guest, but otherwise everything is fine!

A very good Guesthouse! Rested in 2015. Food is now a buffet! Delicious and can be eaten to capacity! The pool is just super! The sea next! Already booking for 2016.

We had a pretty good week at the Primorsky boarding house. Pool pleasure within walking distance. The dining room food is monotonous, no frills. Big minus, there is no hood in the toilet room😱😷

Minus - the dining room, the food is not tasty AT ALL! Although on the territory there is a cafe "Tasty Summer" and next to the cafe "Kurortnoye Plus" with excellent food and a large selection (even for children "caprice"))

There is a children's room and a playground, which for some reason is closed after 22:00. I did not like the paid parking in the open air and pine trees (the car is all in resin)
