Villa Solntsa Mini-Hotel

The place is wonderful! Stayed for the third time on the way for one and two nights. Everything is very clean and tidy. The owners do everything for the guests, it is noticeable that everything is with soul and great dedication. Outside the season, you can use the kitchen, cook and take any utensils. The furniture is of high quality, the linen is the cleanest. Rooms are heated in cold weather. Many thanks to Arthur and his family!

We rested with a large family from July 22 to August 6. The hotel exceeded all expectations. Booked through Booking a few months in advance. The owner of the hotel, Artur, immediately got in touch, told in detail about the hotel and we booked. A few weeks before arrival, we talked a lot, clarified questions. Artur helped us with the transfer so that our large family of 2 adults and 5 children could be picked up from Tuaspe and helped with the luggage. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in a luxurious two-room suite overlooking the courtyard. Everything in the hotel is done with love and it is clear that they did not save. Beds, wardrobes, everything was in excellent condition. The interior is also pleasing. Each room had a TV and air conditioning. We cleaned and changed towels every 3 days, bed linen was changed every 5 days. And this, as it turned out, is more than enough. The bed is clean, there are a lot of pillows, even for one bed. If an extra crib is required, it can be provided without problem. On the ground floor there is a dining room, where the food is very tasty, the portions are large and cost ridiculous money. In the courtyard there is a lot of entertainment for children, there is a barbecue area, tables where you can sit quietly. During the day we swam in the cleanest pool. Walk 15 minutes to the beach, slowly. But it is good that it is farther from the sea, as the evening is quiet and calm, there is no crowding. The most important thing is when you have a rest with children. Across the road, in one minute walk there is a pharmacy, shops "Pyaterochka" and "Magnet". The owners of the hotel are very nice and friendly, you can see that they approach their work with all their hearts. They always helped us if we had any questions or any problems. Thank you very much for your hospitality. If there is a question of rest in Russia, we will come again.

Great hotel for a family holiday !!! The homely atmosphere and hospitality of the owners have an excellent rest, the child is delighted: the pool, friends, playground: everything is just super !!!. A very good hotel, polite and friendly hosts, great playground, delicious food for an affordable price. The only drawbacks are the location - it is quite difficult to go to the beach with children (about 20 minutes) and they did not often do wet cleaning in the room.

Not the first line, but it’s even a plus - it’s quiet. Very good quality hotel. The rooms are clean, the mattresses are just super. The bedding is of high quality, the pillows are excellent. All for a good European 4-ku. The area is scarce for landscaping, gravel for some reason. But there is a fairly large frame pool, a children's trampoline and a game complex. A couple of barbecue facilities and gazebos with lighting, nice to sit for dinner in the evening. The hotel has a cafe, offering home cooking for an additional fee. Everything is really fresh and tasty. No heartburn :)
