Cozy, cool hotel, quiet area, we really liked it!
Rooms are clean, not "tired", no strong stains, dirt, no wear. For three, the cost of a day is 2400 (October 2021). We settled in before the check-in hour, thank you. It was a little confused with the address, for some reason they gave the wrong address, but maybe this is due to the aggregator, I don't know. When we checked in, the taxi was brought to the wrong place. There is a refrigerator, hairdryer...
Excellent hotel. Clean, there is everything you need, fresh renovation. Nearby there is a good dining room, shops and public transport. Recommend
Friendly and polite staff, perfect cleanliness in the rooms. The stop, from which there is an express to the beach, is a 2-minute walk. There is also a Magnet and Pyaterochka. To the lifts 7 minutes on foot. Rosa Khutor is a pleasant 30-minute walk. In "Did they eat" they are inexpensive and well fed (2 min walk). We will be happy to come back here! Thank!

There were only positive impressions about the rest in this chalet, I share what I liked) Small but cozy guest house on 3 floors. Pleasant cozy room with a refrigerator, a tea corner, a balcony. The room is small, but it has everything you need, new furniture (bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chairs), quiet refrigerator, kettle, tea and coffee for guests, TV, comfortable shower room, shampoo as a gift...
A very cozy little private hotel. Clean and comfortable. Its own well with the purest water ...., but unfortunately, there is no bar or restaurant ... (There is all this nearby, but you have to go a little, and you don't always want to do this).
A very picturesque and cozy chalet. High-quality furniture and household appliances in the rooms (even the refrigerator is not noisy!). Good linens. Silence. Friendly and helpful administrators. Equipment drying (ski room) is conveniently located.
The guest house is located on the main road in Polyana, on Estonskaya street, in some insignificant distance from it, but which still gives a tiny advantage against traffic noise. And there are a lot of cars and a lot of them all the time, and this is in the off-season. Interesting design, equipment, view of the hall, guest common room. A room with a fireplace, books, armchairs, sofas, living plants...

This is the most bomb place, the staff is cool, the houses, cleanliness, the pool is just PARADISE
The largest place in the very center of the meadow. Good location, everything is close by. Houses are in good repair, spacious. There are all the necessary utensils. The area is well appointed, pleasant, there is a heated pool, the grill area is very comfortable. I have been there several times - I always come there with pleasure.
Everything was at a high level! Beautiful place, attentive staff. Cozy houses. Warm pool. Cool sauna. Picturesque countryside and clean air. I recommend to all. Class!!!
The quality inside the house leaves much to be desired! The beds are cheap, uncomfortable, the bathroom is rubbish, cobwebs in the corners, dirt under the beds. And so the territory is well-groomed, the pool is heated.
