I simply have to give this hotel a "super". It's the location: K960 is essentially a small enclave of Accor hotels, there is no through traffic, a very cozy place. The views from the room are simply bomb
All the pastries and desserts are completely handmade, so I’d really like to say that pastry chefs Victoria and Vitalina do some incredible things with bread and desserts, it’s just top-notch

It is easier to get into the outdoor pool from the second building, it turns out right opposite. The robes are small, the men look comical in them
Having two swimming pools is a huge plus, both are heated, perfect with a child! We recommend it and will come back ourselves
The hotel does have an outdoor pool heated in winter. The problem is that there is no warm entrance to it
To get into it from the main building, people in bathrobes and slippers take the elevator from their rooms, stomp through the lobby and reception and further down the street (and yes, including through the snow, if it is snowing), go down the stairs and here it is, swimming pool

My best travel decision related to accommodation was to stay in this hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, style in every detail. Beautiful views from the terraces, from the spa and even from the sauna

We were not very lucky with the weather and it rained all day, but after walking around in such weather, we came to the room, changed clothes and went to warm up in the baths) everything worked during our vacation
It was not easy to find, the numbering of the houses is chaotic. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. A nice young man, an administrator, Alexander, I think, was at the counter and checked us in very quickly
The room is clean, with good soundproofing (there were neighbors, but we did not hear them), equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay (robes, towels, shampoo / gel, toothbrushes / paste, hair dryer, iron / ironing board, slippers, coffee / tea, a bottle of water per person every day, a mini bar with an adequate price, an extra pillow)
The breakfast is varied every day and delicious. After 16, the SPA works - sauna, hammam, exercise equipment. But the indoor pool is closed due to Covid-19, and it’s not a pool, but a plunge from the sauna, 2 × 2 meters
