double room for visiting son 4.08. I contributed money for 1 day of stay, they did not give any documents, two days later it turned out that my son's trip had been canceled. Vladimir refused to return the money, referring to the fact that if the reservation is canceled 30 days in advance, the money will not be returned. Although there is no such information on the website, and not a word was said about it when booking. This is how the sacrifice to the hotels in distress was made. I tried to cancel the reservation 5 days before the date of the expected arrival. Be careful.
