Rested in 2020. The hotel was built for a very long time, but very clean and comfortable, parquet floor rooms. We lived in the old building (only two tasks). The room has two beds, a table, two chairs, a mirror over the table, two bedside tables, a wardrobe with hangers, a TV, a refrigerator. Big plus - balcony with ropes for drying linen. The windows went on the transformer booth with the image of Nikolai Drozdov (we respect it, so there were glad!) There were no baths in our room, only shower with a curtain. There is a basin for washing linen. In the corridor stood a cooler with drinking water: you can pour cold, you can brew tea - very comfortable! We lived 12 days, underwear changed 2 times, towels every other day. Every day the number was removed two very friendly women. It is said that in the second building was repaired and everything is now, but we were well in this. Very friendly people work on the reception: everyone will help, tell. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
You can use a washing machine, but we have not needed. Internet is normal. The location is very successful: to the sea slow down 10 minutes. Quiet, calmly, near the embankment of the river, in the evening you can walk.

The hotel matches the description and photo on the website. Pros: optimal location in the city, good sound insulation, sufficient room area, own green area, friendly staff. Cons: it is better not to take an economy room. They are located on the 1st and 4th floors, windows to the parking lot, store unloading area, sports ground, kindergarten, mini market with an electric generator. If there is no strong nervous system, stay can be spoiled. A separate mention of a window air conditioner - in terms of noise, it is quite comparable to an airplane, while the air is cooled very ineffectively. The apartments are equipped with conventional split systems.

Nice hotel, nice staff. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed regularly. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on each floor. This is, of course, a big plus. There is an ironing room where you can iron clothes. The downside is the lack of internet in the rooms. The Internet is only possible at the reception, and then it works intermittently and slowly. Well, you will spend the Internet, finally! And the second minus: air conditioning. It works properly, but it is so loud and noisy that you can hear how it works even outside the door, in the corridor. It is impossible to sleep with him at night if you do not want to wake up with a headache. I had to open the balcony door at night so that some kind of air could flow. From this mosquitoes. So that at night they were saved by repelling means from mosquitoes. In general, I recommend this hotel.

Of course, it all depends on the needs of the individual. But I definitely liked the hotel! If I am still in this place, I will definitely use it. I would describe it as comfort in small things: a lot of hangers in the closet, an illuminated mirror, a hairdryer, a kettle, a cooler with drinking water in the corridor (which you can pour with you, so while we were staying there, I never bought bottled water, I poured in your metal bottle), a balcony with clotheslines for drying clothes and enough clothespins). Linen is changed once every 5 days, towels - once every 3 days, wet cleaning every day. Each guest is provided with a set of 3 towels, clean, thick. Additionally, you can use a washing machine for 250 rubles, as well as rent a beach towel for a deposit of 500 rubles. The money for the towel is returned after its return. In general, guests are taken care of, and it shows. Many people point to poor Wi-Fi. For me personally, it was not critical, because I was on vacation. It may also not be a very pleasant first impression, because the building is old, the corridors do not have the same renovation as the rooms. But this is also not essential. Another plus: a quiet place, there are no nightlife nearby, not crowded. I understand that there are 2 buildings in the hotel. We lived in the one opposite the kindergarten, and the windows overlooked it. To the beach at a leisurely pace for about 10 minutes. Result: uncomfortable, comfortable, clean, friendly. By the way, there is parquet in the room.
