Great guest house! Perfect cleanliness, rooms are very well made, there is a kitchen in the rooms, everything you need on the floor - ironing board, chairs, etc. There is a shared washing machine. There is also parking at the gate. Very pleasant, friendly administrator Dmitry and a beautiful view of the mountains!

Everything seems to be fine, but at the same time, the guest house is located in the private sector, next to the house, where dogs bark endlessly day and night, it is impossible to sleep, well, cleaning is not provided, only once a week, despite the fact that when we arrived, the floor in the room was already dusty. Their advantages: free Wi-Fi, all the necessary dishes in the room, cloth sponges.

Indifference to guests, ripped off 1000 rubles for check-in after 22.00. The stated view of the mountains is blocked by some kind of building. Many different unpleasant little things... Checks are not given... If the owner reads this review, keep in mind that your administrators may be deceiving you. We were asked to leave at exactly 12:00. It turned out that we only spent the night ... We drove in late, kicked out on time .. There was an unpleasant impression. We won't go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If not for the tired child, we would have gone to another place, but there was no choice.

2. We met ants in the kitchen area, the hotel staff promised to somehow solve this issue, in the end everything remained on promises. They bought the poison themselves and got rid of them themselves so that they could live comfortably.
3. Broken kettle
4. The crane was broken, which they also promised to fix, but in 20 days no one did anything

The center of the village. Within walking distance are shops, including chain and popular restaurants and cafes. Sports ground, 1 minute walk. There you can spend time with your child or work out yourself. There is also a sports ground with basketball hoops. Public transport stop, 1 minute from the guest house. Several buses will take you both to the center of Sochi, Adler, including the railway station, and in the other direction to the resort of Krasnaya Polyana and Rosa Khutor. There is a Sberbank nearby.
The guest house is quiet and comfortable. Small rooms. Purely. Good wifi, air conditioning.
