When I was there with reservation hotel owner Svetlana(called herself Lana) said they cannot provide a receipt for a cash payment. And pos-terminal was not working at the same time. I had to call the police to solve the issue as booking was unrefundable. Not recommended as hotel stuff makes such tricks. As they told policeman that they did not take pay from another guest as he is a part of family(he wasn't) in order not to pay local taxes(VAT 18%). Unpleasant owners with lawless schemes.
