Private accomodation in Krasnaya Polyana

Appearance: everything is fine, nice house in chalet style, small house territory

Inside: on the 1st floor, a ski room (during the off-season, things like us, who came with a request to drop backpacks before the standard check-in), a table with a reception, an area with tables and chairs (apparently, breakfast is served there), are stored there, on the 2nd and 3rd floors numbers around the perimeter

00 and allowed to leave backpacks without check-in and start the day without being tied to the time and formalities of check-in; - the room is spacious; - the room smells like wood, it's nice; -fresh bed linen and towels; -everything is in order with hot water, drain, cosmetic set of the traveler; - ironing board with iron at the entrance to the room; -adequate soundproofing or there were few neighbors...

Location of the hotel: the far part of the village of Krasnaya Polyana, in a lowland, but not far from a public transport stop (Heliport) and all the activities of the village (cafes, shops, bars, especially near the excellent dining room Em and Em from 8

If you go from Sochi to Polyana, then everything to the right of the main street of the Defenders of the Caucasus, which runs parallel to the Mzymta River, is inactive, a quiet area with a private sector, where you will not meet almost a soul, that's where the hotel is located

Minuses: -there is a balcony de jure, de facto it is small with a view of the tree of the courtyard and the neighboring plot and untrained in anything; - a house in a lowland, there is no sun from the word at all, there are no mountains from the word at all, waking up is painful and joyless (comparison review: we lived a week in 3 places, this is the saddest one in this part)

A small hotel, 2 small buildings, there is no territory, there is a BBQ area (you can order a kebab house in advance + rent of the area itself)

Pros: Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Of the minuses: a very average breakfast, the rooms lack household trifles that make the stay comfortable. And surprisingly hard towels, which are very unpleasant to dry off

The room is clean, there is tea, kettle and mugs, a large refrigerator, toiletries, slippers. A hairdryer was brought on request. The curtains are thick, the early dawn did not interfere

The care that we were surrounded by the hotel staff deserves a separate review. Many thanks to Igor, Svetlana and Irina, who helped us and made our vacation as comfortable as possible

It is located on a quiet street (there is a church nearby, indeed, but I got up early, under the neighbors' cocks). I used only the number, I don't know about other services

We lived in this hotel with five of our beloved wife, two children aged 2 and 4 and a grandmother. We were comfortably accommodated in a 2-room suite

A good hotel, comfortable, the rooms have air conditioning, a hairdryer, a shower, soap sets, mattresses are quite hard and comfortable. According to the audibility of the neighbors, I would not say that it is so audible

The place is beautiful. Special thanks to the Chef for delicious breakfasts⚘ a bit old repair, but the rooms are clean. I think in winter it’s so easy to go crazy with the view 😊 by car we reached Estosadok in 9 minutes.

I really liked the bath! The breakfasts are simple, but quite edible. Cafe, in my opinion, a little expensive for the level of food that is offered here. But in general, the rest was very pleasant, we were satisfied!

Wonderful cuisine, the à la carte breakfasts are magical, I haven't eaten such an omelet with spinach for a long time. The hummus is excellent. The staff are very cool.

Perfect place! Had a rest in Krasnaya Polyana, settled in Velho! The view can be beautiful! 👌 Nice rooms, there is a super bath complex in the yard !!! And the bathhouse and the pool, whatever your heart desires

Unobtrusive staff, everything is clean, there is a hygienic shower in the rooms. Some rooms have amazing mountain views! (at 25).

Complete relaxation, their hands work wonders, delicate and courteous. My friend and I seemed to go out after the baptism ceremony. Thank you very much to all the staff. And the restaurant lives up to its status

We stayed in this hotel in June for a week. Everything is great for a comfortable stay, both the location and the hotel facilities. Rooms with beautiful designer renovation, snow-white towels and bed linen
