After a very pleasant experience of staying at the Korona Hotel in 2019, in 2020 there was not even a question of which hotel to book for vacation. Of course, the Crown! But in 2020, they spoiled the whole impression of themselves. For some reason, the hotel staff did not think to inform in advance that they were being renovated. Somehow earlier, waking up on vacation to the sounds of repairs is not included in the plans at all. When asked to move to a higher floor (and we lived on the 2nd floor, and the renovation was on the first one), the administrator could not give an exact answer ... Either there is a room and they will move it, then not ...
I also want to note that there is practically no television ... Of the many channels that worked in 2019, there are only five left, and these are Domashny, MatchTv and several local channels, which mainly show the news feed of the region.
In general, from the booked week we lived there for two days, and on the third, in the morning, under the "charming" sounds of repair, we left the hotel. Thank you at least the money was returned for the time they did not live.
It's a pity that the service has deteriorated so much.
