Good day! I lived in this hotel for one month. I wanted to say the following: the door to the room is crooked (through the through hole the corridor was clearly visible), in the room itself there are constant problems with hot water (there is a boiler and it was very difficult to adjust the required temperature), since the boiler is somewhere on the street and so far water reaches the 5th floor, the water temperature changes. Breakfast was also included in the accommodation. If you are sleeping one night, then breakfast will go. And since I lived there for a month, every morning they offered only amlet and porridge. A question to the administration: where did you get such a cook who, apart from porridge and amlet, cannot cook anything else. Housekeeping: until you say, no one will do anything. And washing things costs 100 rubles ONE thing. And so this hotel is in great demand for room rentals for 1-2 hours

Lived in May 2021. Standard room. From the pros: the room is spacious, a good comfortable bed, the air conditioner works well, all the furniture is new, there are no chips or external defects on the furniture and plumbing. On the minus: for some reason, a blanket is not tucked in the room (I don't know why), there is no shampoo (there is only liquid soap), there are no slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, a shoe brush, disposable slippers, there is no water and tea accessories, there is no safe, there is no refrigerator. There is a cafe in the hotel itself, but it seems a little expensive to me. Since the average price of a dish is about 350-400 rubles, but in fact a cafe is just tables and that's it. For me, these cons outweigh the pros.
