Grand Spa Hotel Avax in Krasnodar

My girlfriend and I chose the AVAX hotel to celebrate the most significant day in our life together - a wedding. Relatives and guests came to us from three cities of our country, some thousands of kilometers away.
We rented rooms for guests and a suite for ourselves. Of course, the expectations were quite high. And what did we get for our money, it should be noted, not the smallest ones?
Let's start with the registry. Taking into account the unfavorable epidemiological situation for covid, according to the current legislation, any hotel guest to check into a room must present a negative PCR test + a second document (medical withdrawal, obligation to be vaccinated within 3 days, etc.). Needless to say, they didn’t ask for anything other than the PCR test? I am sure that we are not the only such guests of the hotel and do not ask anyone for documents. Output? If you want to get infected with covid - welcome to the AVAX hotel.
Now let's go to the number. The sanitary condition, to put it mildly, left much to be desired: stains on upholstered furniture (unknown biological fluid with a brown outline), someone else's hair on the tiled bathroom wall, an incomprehensible yellow substance in which the sink was smeared, streaks from rusty water on the carpet, dust and dead insects on the windowsill. Enough? Apparently not: on the carpet, most likely, cigarette butts, gray washed towels, holes and mohair on the dressing gowns were extinguished. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention: there were NO towels in the room. I was so surprised that at first I did not believe myself and went around the whole number three times in search of them. But no, there really were no towels. During the call to the reception, the hotel employee also did not believe me and was surprised - "How can there be no towels at all?" Yes, like that, there are no towels, or do you doubt my IQ level and think that I do not know what a towel looks like? Bring it please. Then the cleaning lady who brought them in was similarly surprised. Well, thanks, at least after the call they were delivered to the room.
We also asked the cleaner to clean up again in order to at least partially eliminate the defects listed above (my wife is allergic and she cannot breathe dust). And while she was cleaning up, I hear that the administrator says to her on the radio: "There are conflicting guests in the room." OK, apparently, ask the hotel staff to fulfill their professional duties = conflict. In their understanding.
On the following days of stay, the room was also cleaned only after a reminder.
While staying at the hotel, one of our guests left a passport at the restaurant. He was silently taken to the reception without notifying the owner. This became clear only after searches and lengthy questioning. When did you plan to give it back? When leaving? What a weird joke?
Shortly before check-out, we talked about all these shoals with the hotel manager. Mutual understanding was not achieved. But we were offered a "free segmental massage" as a consolation. No thanks.
What's in the bottom line? A spoiled celebration. Make further conclusions yourself, whether you need it or not. Against the background of all of the above, the hotel's slogan indicated on their business card ("Quality is our strong point") looks like a complete mockery.
