Good place to rest. Plus park inside

We paid the full amount for the room. My aunt came. Reception - don't go here, don't lie there. In general, it is not clear. We paid for the hotel, why can't we lie on the bed on the linen? We don’t stain it on purpose, we have to wash it. We came to the room at night, we were talking, sort of quietly. This aunt came again and screamed with threats that she would not let us into the hotel again. Hamovity - 5 points out of 5. Were there on August 15, 2021. I do not recommend the hotel.

A good location, but as if the owner had gone somewhere for a long time. Magnificent buildings of the noble or merchant fund, spoiled by plastic windows and tasteless artsy interiors. In such a place, these premises could be transformed into a magnificent boutique hotel in the historical center! But apparently the investor or not, or he is not at all interested in it ...

The hotel has a Thai massage salon"tai magic", a tea house and fito-Bochka. the Administrator meets guest with pine drink, escorted to the steaming and soul, gives out special clothes for the massage. Secretly welcomes you with the words: ? sawadi-ka! Further relaxation!

This is Russia. The Hotel is near the train an bus station Krasnodar 1, which was the main reason we chose it.
Hotel rooms are ok, also if there were small issues in the bathroom - water startet dropping some minutes after a shower, but stopped after some minutes.
Bathroom door issues on opening. NO SAFE in the room available minus one star. NOT QUIET. Loud disco music up to 1 in the morning. after that really a loud garden worker (gasoline motor) with a gas mask blowed dust until 1:30 am. Told that the reception, but they told me that this is another company and they have no possibillity to stop that. Not even a try of apologizing that. Amazingly that all happens in the same own house and area. minus a second star. Very small breakfast room. It is neccessary to anounce when you want breakfast. Coffee is an upgrade to pay here. There are more things, but these are personal and I wont mention it here. I want to stay objective.
