When it takes an hour to connect ot wi wi; nobody speaks at the reception to answer questions, m there is no manu in the room so you have to chose from the two dishes they lost you chose over the phone and when they laugh when you are the woman ordering glass of wine art the bar but the price are very real and you okay in Euroes for all those things you things you should....

Just go to another hotel if you expect better....

We booked 7 days in advance. We paid. We drove 1,500 km. We arrived, and they told us the parking was all full. They said to park on the sidewalk. At the reception, they said your room was extended, so take a standard room and smiled stupidly in your face, like important people live there. There is no drinking water in the room, toiletries - one brush, cobwebs on the ceiling, boogers at the head of the bed!!!! And all this for us and a child for 15,000 rubles a night!!!!

Excellent hotel for a business trip. I was very pleased with the choice. Clean rooms, daily high-quality cleaning. Breakfasts are varied and very tasty. I would like to highlight the spa area separately: the pool and sauna are simply magnificent. Ideal location in the city center. I recommend it!
