Every year we stayed at the Noy-2 hotel. They were always greeted perfectly and warmly. This year we arrived in the evening, unfortunately, did not meet, as usual, a friendly girl. The answer to all questions is: you need to order what and how you did not say (of course, what we would have ordered), when asked to give a pillow with a blanket, they said look in the closet (of course, we have already looked), and in the morning we went to order breakfast at 7.30, and we were offered to wait until 8, because many orders. Stayed at this hotel in October 2019 overnight. The staff is friendly! Arrived late, asked for dinner. The kitchen staff were released by then, however we were offered dumplings.
