Lovely hotel! And most importantly, the sea is opposite! There is a cafe on the ground floor! The park is beautiful ,,, (2 minutes, and you are in the park), where there is a Ferris wheel! You will not regret if - you book at this hotel! Everything is new and clean! Bathroom accessories, hairdryer, air conditioner, refrigerator, plasma,: everything working is new! 👍🏻👌🏻🙏🏻🤗 I would especially like to note the work of the administrator - Valeria! He is very attentive to his guests! Helped with the luggage, always on the spot, (at the check-in desk) When checking in, I measured the temperature ,, The only drawback: Loud music, almost until 2 am ,,, but what to do ,,, Resort town! Silence lovers, you should go to another hotel!

The hotel is located on the first line near the central Lazarevsky beach. On the one hand, this is good, because the sea is literally across the road, but this in turn carries certain disadvantages, such as: there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby and music plays for a very long time right under the windows at night.
The rooms are very clean and tidy. It can be seen that the hotel is fresh, everything is order and cleanliness, there are one-time shampoos and shower gels, towels included. All equipment: air conditioners, new TVs, working. Free sun / cream at the reception.

Stayed at the hotel from May 19 to May 24, 2019. Very kind and friendly owner Valery! By the specified time of arrival, I was already waiting for me, immediately gave me the keys, led me to the number. The hotel is completely new, the rooms are clean with new furniture and appliances. There is everything you need. On each floor there is a cooler where there is cold and hot water. The sea across the road, to the beach about 2 minutes. Shops, cafes - within reach. The only drawback (if you can call it that) is loud music outside the window from the nearest establishments. But with the windows closed it is almost inaudible.

The family rested from August 6 to 11, they really liked everything (the location of the hotel, helpful staff, the hotel is new, and the rooms are cozy).
