Disgusting place, the first impression was not bad, polite staff, clean rooms, but over time, the pitfalls of this place began to emerge, such stones include:

1) The dolphinarium constantly screaming nearby, which regularly during the day with short breaks, launches its musical and voice accompaniment to their performances, which naturally reach your ears, despite even the double-glazed windows.

2) Frequently clogged water drain in the shower, which makes you turn to the staff once again and waste your time solving their problems. There is also a problem with the constant supply of warm and cold water, as a result of its inclusion in other rooms, which interferes with a comfortable wash, and so on. There is also mold on the ceiling in the shower, real mold, and even more of it in the air conditioner (photos are attached)

3) The staff, in the composition of certain strangers, allows themselves to arrange booze and indulge in obscenities and intimacy in room 15, while not having sufficient sound insulation in the rooms for this. Apparently, this room is a kind of hangout for the staff exclusively. By the way, during all these outrages, they turn off the camera on the top floor (where the room is located). On an attempt to find the administrator and make a comment about the noise, he is not at his workplace, when trying to get him out of that room, the administrator hides behind a drunk southern man who immediately goes into a conversation with a conflict. In general, all this complete disgrace is a huge cobblestone towards the hotel. Especially if you are with children.

4) Often, in the area of ​​the hotel, flocks (from 3 to 10) of stray dogs were noticed, which somehow forced them to be alert when passing by and provoked unnecessary noise from the street.

Outcome:
I never recommend this hotel to anyone, and even more so the top floors, if you don't want to ruin your vacation or ruffle your nerves with a showdown with these employees.
