Hello. For our family, this hotel was the best. We went there 2 years ago at the beginning of September. Let's go this year at the same time. The kitchen is chic. My favorite dish was syrniki, they are magical. The variety of cuisine was also amazing, and the prices were pleasing. Yes, the location of the hotel is a little high, but I am surprised by the reviews from young mothers. I traveled with a small child, mom and dad. Accordingly, my parents are almost of retirement age (they raised them). So, my mother, weighing 90 kg, or even all 100, went down and slowly got up herself, telling herself that this was excellent fitness. Dad also liked to go for walks. Transfer yes, it happens that there is nowhere to sit, but there is no way to put herring in barrels, children on their knees and everything in a bunch. The transfer has a fairly large girth in the route, so we tried all the beaches. And I agree, the best is probably Lazarevsky. As for the pool at the top, when I was too lazy to go somewhere, I went upstairs and swam perfectly alone, but all our stay I didn’t meet anyone on the roof. But for me, the tan was more important. Animation for children is just super. And this is the main position why we chose this hotel. And yes, if you find a local taxi, it turns out very cheap. The price for us to the main park was 70-80 r, and they never refused to take 4 people. And the fact that in the mountains in the evening the breeze is cool, I don’t know, after a hot day for me it was probably a huge plus. Maybe I would like to offer in the dining room to try to make milkshakes, children love them, and adults will not refuse. And also just cool cocktails, you can even alcoholic ones. Thanks everyone. The manager, yes, perhaps, at the first impression, seemed to me a little unfriendly too. But what to do, there are a lot of children around, you need to resolve issues with the transfer, water, I think and purchase in the kitchen on it. And every guest whines that something is wrong with him. And I honestly want to say, it seems that there is excess weight, then you are here - on foot every day from the mountain to the sea and back. If the child is bored, and the amusement park every day is a big expense (I will say huge), then you are here! Also, if you are a young family, and you have small children with you, but you want (excuse the expression) to swell and relax, then you are definitely here, you will meet the same family here. I really hope that in the current situation in our time, the management and staff of this particular hotel remained people after all.

I was in 2019, though not with my family, but with friends. It is quite possible to live, but it is better not to make noise, as children rest here. The room has air conditioning, a bathroom, everything you need to relax. The dining room is very budget prices, and tasty. Rooftop pool and loungers with great views. Pleased with the availability of a transfer, they pick up and deliver from different places in Lazarevsky. Went in August 2021. , passing, for the sake of interest to see what has changed, in appearance it also remains, there are many vacationers. The place is excellent, especially if you have a rest with children, as there are entertainment activities for them.

We rested at the hotel last year with a child and a nephew. And so, I got around to writing a review. I don't understand why there is so much negativity! People, well, you don’t like the location: welcome to the center, there you will find drunken exclamations under the windows and unceasing music; I do not like the hotel dining room: do not eat, there is no obligation, everything can be found in the city.
Personally, my kids and I really enjoyed it. If we are still in Lazarevsky, then only this hotel! The owner Vasily met us from the train, helped with the luggage, on the way to the hotel he told us briefly where it is better to relax and where not to meddle. Took a tour of the hotel, showed me the room, explained everything. The sea view from our room is just a dream!! The weather often changed, but that didn't stop us! We had a wonderful time at the hotel! The kids didn't get out of the rooftop pool!! In the evenings animation almost every day, small gifts!! The territory of the hotel is under surveillance. The dining room has very friendly staff, the food is always fresh, there is everything, everything is thought out: from cereals and soups to pastries. Prices pleased more than. Excursions can be organized through the hotel: personally we were on jeeping. It is better to negotiate through the owner: he has his own people everywhere, friendly and customer-oriented. I completely agree, this is a family hotel! This is real paradise! And if you want to take a walk: you can go hang out and return in the evening! And if someone seems boring, maybe it's just not your level)

The family rested at the Maria Hotel from 22.07 to 29.07, they lived on the 1st floor in room 18, which allows a family of 4 to live quite comfortably.
And now more about the rest: in the first hours of our stay in our hotel, we arrived in some shock. The distance to the sea and to the center scared us, we even had a desire to change the hotel, but we decided to live there at least a day. Immediately upon arrival, we went for lunch, while we were very pleasantly surprised by the cuisine, price and variety of choices. For which many thanks to the staff of the dining room. After a little rest after lunch, we went to the city on the transfer of the Maria Hotel, thanks to which we did not experience any difficulties in visiting the beach and the center. A convenient schedule and route of movement made it easy to get to the center, with special thanks to the driver Vagif for excursions and informative stories. The only negative is that the transfer did not reach the bus station. A separate plus can be the presence of a children's entertainment program, a children's room and a teacher, which made it possible to occupy the child's free time. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly.
As a result, we were very pleased with the choice of the hotel! And we hope to visit there again and again.
