We come to Lazarevskaya for the second time. In the first RVZ we stayed at the Europe Hotel on Tsiolkovsky, this time the choice fell on the Arcadia guest house on Mirnaya street. This is a closed area with free parking, a huge swimming pool with clear water, excellent rooms with snow-white linens. There is a kitchen area, eating areas, barbecue area, trampoline, hammock, garden swing. The two maids...

We have a rest in September with a child. We really like (there is something to compare). Each room has air conditioning, TV, bathroom. The rooms are clean, cleaning every 2-3 days, change of towels every 5 days. There is a covered parking. On the territory there is a shared kitchen with a veranda, a large clean pool, a well-groomed territory with greenery and local flora, a trampoline for children...

Very clean and comfortable, lovely hostess and polite staff

Comfortable, cozy, a huge plus-pool. Recommend for families with children.

We rested at the end of June with a big noisy company with children, everything was fine, just a gorgeous view of the sea, nearby all the entertainment, dining rooms, several beaches to choose from within a 5-minute walk. Very friendly and friendly hostess Tamara, only pleasant impressions and memories remained. Recommend.

Great house! Wonderful, hospitable and helpful hosts! We came for the second time to rest in Lazarevskoye and again stayed at Tamara with Dima, at Mirnaya 12. Cozy, everything is new, the rooms are spacious and clean, air conditioning and safes in the rooms, video surveillance, room cleaning, great view from the balcony, a number of cafes, canteens, barbecue, market, shops, pharmacies, dolphinarium...

Very cozy guest house with a beautiful well-groomed territory. The room has everything you need, in the building there is an excellent kitchen, a summer veranda. The child liked to walk in the yard, there is a small playground. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Awesome! That's true, as if he came to his parents, and not to a faceless hotel. Everything is so cozy. Every little thing pleases the eye. No foreign smells! Purity!!! It is very important for me! CCTV cameras are everywhere. You feel safe. Lots of flowers and plants! Like the Botanical Garden in St. Petersburg! Lots of green areas where you can just sit in the shade. Arbors, benches. Even the playground...

We rest here for the first time. Friendly staff, friendly owner! Convenient location relative to the sea. Closed territory and yard. In the yard there is an equipped playground. Greenery and flowers all around! We will recommend to friends!

Great place to stay while on vacation. Cozy rooms away from busy roads and close to the sea. There are many beautiful plants in the yard, there is a small playground. The yard and passages are equipped with a video surveillance system. The rooms have everything you need for living, order is maintained, cleaning every other day, change of linen and towels every 4 days.

We're leaving tomorrow. And finally, we want to thank everyone who works in this hospitable house. Thank you. You are great. Now for those who decide where to settle. We were met at the carriage. 5 minutes by taxi. Closed area for strangers. We lived in apartments in building 2. 3rd floor. There are a lot of stairs, but it's not scary. The area and room are clean. Lots of flowers and places to relax...
