OOO LOK Viamond Health resort

Rested from mid-August 2020 with family. For two stars everything is fine. The room is average, there is a fridge. Cleaning includes only mopping the floors and taking out the trash. On the floor there is an ironing board, iron, cooler with hot and cold water. The feeder is a standard canteen, there was always enough food. In the pool there are sun loungers, a paddling pool, a jacuzzi, a bar with beer, tables under a canopy. For children there is a playroom with an animator. The girl does the job at 100%. There were master classes, quests, karaoke, discos. Children are busy, they can not be pulled out, parents can relax and do their own thing. The courtyard is green, a fountain, a swing, a library. In the dining room, a bar is open six days a week from 9-12 pm (the barmaid Anya is just a miracle), a disco, and sometimes an animator conducts karaoke. Every morning in the pool there are games for children, followed by water polo and aqua aerobics. We went on an excursion with Alexander Yuryevich (comes to the dining room and offers excursions), I liked everything. The climb to the sanatorium is not easy, but given the lazy rest, it's even good. Near the market, shops, stop, station, barbecue, pizzeria. We swam in the sea twice in the first days of arrival, after which the whole family fell ill with an infection. The smell of sewerage on the beach. After that, we only went to the pool. Those. if you come for positive emotions, you are ready not to swim in the sea, but only in the pool, you want to go on excursions - do not look for minuses here, create your mood, find pluses and you should like it.

Fabulous. Very satisfied. Quiet and cozy hotel. Comfortable. A small oasis in the endless sea. Food good cozy rooms pool your guide guide children's recreation area. Special thanks to the service staff. It's a pity the vacation is small. Thank you all very much.

First day, impressions are good. I really like the playground, you sit on the balcony in the evening, the child opposite plays with the children. I went a little down to the sea, crossed the road at a traffic light, turned my head over the tents over the beach. Everyone is happy with what else is needed.

Minus one star for the location of the sanatorium itself. It is difficult to climb the mountain from the sea every day to get to the sanatorium. And I liked everything so much.

I have a rest from 06/28/21 to 07/10/21. And from the first day of rest I am glad that in what a wonderful place I was!

Many thanks to everyone I remember by name - administrator Tatyana, Yakub, Nadezhda, maid Elena, the buffet team, Anna for delicious coffee and always a great mood, Alexander Yuryevich for excellent routes and places, as well as those whom I don’t know by name, but ALL YOU made my stay absolutely comfortable!

My check-in was late due to a flight delay, and the first thing they did when they met me was they took me to dinner. They allowed me to calmly catch my breath from the road. Then they showed us the territory, explained everything, and took us to the room.
The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, excellent Wi-Fi, shower, bath accessories. The room was cleaned every day, always fresh linen and towels, I did not see this either in Turkey or in Bulgaria on vacation, unfortunately, there I had to remind about changing linen and towels.

In the morning I rented a sunbed and an umbrella from the administration for 10 days for a nominal fee. It is convenient that all this is here - you do not need to buy anything, take it with you.

All emerging issues were easily resolved with the help of the administration: Tatiana guided where to go, where to go, what to buy, where to look. In general, the whole team of the complex is always in a good mood, sympathetic, pleasant people!
There is a first-aid post on the territory - thanks to Nadezhda, without her my allergy to the sun would have ruined my rest, and so one day of rest from the sun and all problems have been resolved.
During the stay, I got used to it very easily - three meals a day in two shifts, everything is tasty, fresh, healthy, varied. The portions are good, after a meal, and pulls to sleep, there is no feeling of hunger. There are no crowds of people in the buffet precisely because of the clear division into shifts. The table is always set for your arrival.
If you are resting - take excursions from Alexander Yuryevich - he carries groups with comfort, interesting stories, little-known facts, shows wonderful places, charges you with mood and energy!

I also had a chance to wait out the downpour of 5.07.21 in the Krasnodar Territory. Thanks to billiards, chess, books, everything went very easily, there was no feeling of wasting time. And this area suffered least of all during bad weather - there were no flooding, the lights were not turned off, there were no water interruptions. If the beaches of Sochi are still being restored, it has been here for two days now as clean sea water and a beach!

Also a huge plus is the presence of its own pool - until the sea cleared up after the storm, the bathing did not stop, a comfortable area for sunbathing, bathing for both adults and small children.
There is also a separate play area for children, they are happy to run and play! That is, the child is not bored, which in itself only pleases the parents. And for the parents, a gazebo with tables was wonderfully arranged, there is always enough space for everyone. You can swing on a swing near the garden with a fountain, in the evening it's a great place to relax!

Definitely, I will come here again! The sea is nearby, the sea has all the entertainment as it should be for a resort. Bars, music, massage, braids, delicious pizza. And also next to the beach there is a wonderful dolphinarium, with an interesting program and the opportunity to swim with dolphins.
