Good value for money

We are staying in this apartment for the second time. In general, the apartment is ok, but there are a few BUTs. The reception is only in one building out of 5, which is not always convenient, especially upon arrival. With the declared cleaning 1 time in 3 days, in 2 weeks the apartment was cleaned only 2 times. Bed linen had to be changed once a week, and they did not change nirazu for the whole time. There is a shuttle to the beach 300 rubles per person. The beach is well equipped, towels can be obtained in exchange for cards (they must also be taken at the reception in advance). If we tighten up the service a little, then I can recommend the apartment.

Vacationing with his family in July of this year.In the fourth case.The room is big(2 rooms and kitchen).The kitchen has everything you need.Beautiful view from the balcony.Well organized trip to the beach .The beach also has everything you need(beach chairs,towels...).Rest in the hotel we really liked.We plan to come back for more,but there is one small inconvenience.Ironing Board and iron only on the first floor.I hope the hotel will fix this little problem.

Vacationing with the family (2 adults + 2 children 2.5 years and 8 years) at the end of June early July 2016. Apartment is given in the second case, registration was a breeze (booked in advance). The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise, clean, spacious (3 rooms + kitchen). From the Windows of the bedrooms had lovely views of the protected forest.Furniture in good condition, the kitchen has everything you need (dishes, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). On the floor there is a washing machine. Maid service and linen change was done regularly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the Windows of the bedrooms had lovely views of the protected forest. The whole family was delighted and from the apartment and the stay in Rosa Khutor. All advise to go there.

The room is large and spacious. The Windows were on three sides! There is a fridge, dishwasher, all utensils in the kitchen and small things, which is nice. In San sites there is a stench from the sewers... there is No air conditioning, however we were not upset, but not which can interfere with sleep, the noise from the river.

This place is super nice the rooms are spacious and big I would recommend to anybody to stay here but try to be in building 6 about the 3rd or 4th floor with the balcony because you get to see the live concerts from your window
