Excellent hotel! The staff are very responsive and friendly, from the very first day I felt their care). The rooms are clean and the bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The only thing that was embarrassing was the snow removal on the street, they didn’t always cope, but this is more for a resort, not a hotel.

rested in the hotel for 6 days, just when the snow fell. excellent wheelchair, snow gun. the hotel offered half board, the first 3 days it was on the menu, then they began to offer a Swedish line. a Swede is similar to breakfast, the products are varied, but simple - it is not clear why, with a price for a room of 26 thousand, a Swede costs 1 thousand rubles - why not make it more expensive and put other products? the number is small for 3, but we ourselves are to blame for not looking at the quadrature, if we had noticed earlier, we would have taken a larger number. in general, the guys employees make the atmosphere and after talking with them you understand that they are trying. checked the cost in the summer 2.5 times cheaper - you have to come again

Lived alone. Was satisfied with everything. When checking in, everything was explained, shown, told. There is a ski room, a spa center with a heated pool, a gym. Good breakfasts. Lifts and rentals are very close. For those who ride, that's it!

When staying at the hotel there was a feeling of happiness and indescribable delight! The room is gorgeous! The beds are huge and comfortable. Folding sofa in the blink of an eye turns into 2 huge bed. Clean Air. The holiday began in the morning, excellent breakfasts betrayed strength for the whole day. Big pool, always lively atmosphere. An excellent 4-star hotel, there is a boot dryer and a ski storage room, a wet sauna, a hammam, a swimming pool. Breakfast is rich and varied. Nice shower shampoo. Close to ski lifts is a big advantage.
