it was a very good experience with the hotel....the hotel staff was very patient and helping.....the room we stayed on second floor was clean and maintained. The things missing in room was a basic electric cattle or coffee maker and they do not provide water bottles every day in rooms. you probably need to buy it from cafe or reception.

Nice hotel for riders and travellers. Youth and active atmosphere dominate there. Big choice of tasty healthy food in buffet for good price. Most rooms with gorgeous view on mountain. Hotel good located just above bottom elevating station on Rosa Plato.

Great and family oriented place. A lot of game options for children of all ages. With pretty good breakfast and diner options (included), just make sure to either get there first of last as seating could be hard to find. The place is literally let than 3 min from the slopes and has a equipment storage areas on the first floor. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. This place is defiantly great...

Good place of the big groups of friends

Rating 3.5 to 4 (to understand from the objectivity of the evaluation, we are riders, Moto, BMX, MTB and snowboarding) aged 22 to 25 years, and very unpretentious guys. Great service, they have laundry in other building (which is in hotel 28), also they clean the room everyday, i'm satisfy.

Amazing place for rest and sporting at mountains

Awesome view, large rooms and 5-7-mins walk to the lift (free shuttles also available) Lot of bars & cafes around Not too expensive

Great place for skiing! Freeride skiing in January is very nice :-) Rosa Khutor ski lifts and ski slopes are within 5 min walk. Also a free shuttle service to the ski lifts is available. Excellent skiing, beautiful views!

Spacious and clean rooms, great location, mountain views, kitchen in each house, table football. Excellent for this price! Please, put the coolers in every house ??

Excellent economy at a price discount. The boundary of satisfaction (price/quality) I think it was around 1.5 Tr/person/day. All 136 rooms in several small cottages.

A very cool two star hotel! With this location (equidistant from the cable cars of Rosa and KP), right next to the cable car of Gazprom, the price is quite budget (for the local regions, of course). The place is quiet, even secluded, although it is close to Rosa Khutor, the hotel is also quiet impassable, I did not hear neighbors at all, only occasionally rustle in the corridor. There is a kitchen...

Simple, clean and comfortable. Hotel is really close to all parts of Krasnaya Polyana : Gorky Gorod, Rosa Khutor and Gazprom resorts are located nearby.

Very very Nice hotel! There is a kitchen with kettle, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and stoves. But! There are no dishes on which to cook, take care of it! The standard room has a shower, but no hygiene products, toilet, wardrobe, TV, table, chairs, beds, paintings, free Wi-fi. The hotel has a lift. We had a balcony and it was gorgeous because it overlooked the mountains and the cable car...

Overall impressions are average. Pros: there is a working WiFi, a balcony, a powerful refrigerator in the kitchen, a comfortable bed, friendly administrators, several exercise machines, an elevator, not far from the cable car, not far from the Rosa Khutor railway station. Of the minuses: there are no dishes at all, we bought everything in the store, it is not easy to get to the nearest interesting...

I have been thinking about this hotel for a while. I think I can review it right now with fresh mind. I have been there for a 6 night in March. It is a very budget place in whole region. I had paid around $30 backs for a night (one person in two persons room). Pros: 1. Price; 2. Great service with friendly people; 3. Very big windows, high ceiling - 3.2 meters; 4. Pretty good storage room with dryer...
