We had a large 2-bed room on the 1st floor, clean, cleaned every day, change of linen on the 5th day. The beach is urban, dirty, the sea also wants the best. But in general, the price - quality is acceptable

Nice place with beautiful sea views, within walking distance of shops and different "buzz" for tourists. A wide choice of rooms is where to put the car.

Very tasty food in the restaurant. There is no embankment to take a walk

Install a cooler even in the main building, where the reception is not so expensive, but taking care of the guests! 3) breakfasts are very weak, every day milk porridge and a croissant

The location of the hotel is excellent and the rooms are spacious. There are disadvantages 1) no Wi-fi, this is unacceptable for the 21st century

Moreover, Megafon does not catch the connection at all, there is a problem with the mobile Internet

excellent hotel with 50 rooms, almost all rooms with sea views. Buffet restaurant with fantastic panoramic sea views

All perfectly! Sea, food, hotel.

I liked the food very much, the girls are great. We did not live in a hotel, but a Panorama camp site, the rooms are small, not very clean. The bath leaves a lot to be desired. The sea is across the road is a plus

I liked the hotel very much, the staff is top notch, many thanks to the administrator Natalia, the daily cleaning of the room and the change of linen every three days

The only drawback is that there was practically no Wi-Fi, a very weak signal, and so I advise everyone

The room is very small, there is not even soap to wash your hands. There are not enough towel racks. The bathroom is very tiny. Well at least the air conditioner works

We love this place) cozy wooden houses👍 The sea is across the road. Tasty food in the dining room with homemade food. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. We will come back more than once👌

Behind the base is a slope with a convenient reclaimed path. From above there is a breathtaking view of the sea, the impression is spoiled by the footprints of pig-tourists

Wife is delighted, the house is so cozy and smells of wood, there is a lot of space and you can relax peacefully without neighbors) We ate a lot, three meals a day and large portions! We were once on excursions, but more time we just walked and went to the sauna

We went through a bunch of different options and preferred this base. And as it turned out, it was not in vain. We rented a small but cozy cottage. The kids loved the playground and the husband checked out the simulators

Located at the entrance to Shirokaya Beam. An assortment of housing for different wallets. In dense thickets, campsites for recreation with pets. Dining room with a restaurant terrace

An excellent calm place with a beautiful private beach and clear water, which is always not crowded. Excellent three meals a day and friendly staff. It is good to have a rest with your family

The territory is well-groomed, a lot of flowers, Pitsunda pine, from my room I just had a bomb-view of the sea. On the beach you need to go down and climb the stairs, which is very in good shape

We have been relaxing in the boarding house for several years, it’s just a wonderful place, ideal for families. Nature, sea, air, beyond words. I really do not want to leave. The dining room is very tasty, at home

The beach is stone, during strong waves, storms were not sickly so you could hit the stones, there were also large stones in the water that you could hit or cut yourself in any weather

The boarding house is small, but cozy. The food is dietary, the rooms are different, there is also a suite. The sea is nearby, but the stairs are very high

I rested there in 2001-2002, then it was a children's camp a gem, it was like that, I see from the photo everything has changed, now this is a boarding house for everyone and mainly for the adult population, everything has been refined, renovated, the interior has changed

There is a dining room on the territory, breakfast is included in the price, you can order lunch and dinner 300 and 250 rubles. Along the beach there are shops, cafes, a dining room

The spa area is closed during the winter season. The staff is polite and friendly. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony. But it could have been cleaner

The room is simple, but for a beach holiday there is everything you need: a bathroom with shower, refrigerator, air conditioning

There is one big problem is parking. More precisely, their absence by the end of the beach. And at the beginning of the beach the bottom is very unpleasant, slippery. Elderly people do not go into the water at all

The only negative of the sea opposite the base is the entrance to the sea (large slippery stones), but this is easily solved by buying special shoes or walking 100 meters in any direction along the beach

We are spending our 3rd summer here and are planning to book next year! With a child, this is the perfect place! The sea is clean (unless, of course, it is not stormy), on the beach opposite the base, an inconvenient entry may seem to someone, that is, a chic option - the beach from the “sadko” base !!! In the summer of 2020, the beaches of our coast are triple crowded, but here, as always, it’s gorgeous...

We came on a ticket from the organization at the end of September, we liked the rest. The base is located opposite the beach, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea

We have an excellent cottage for 4 families (each has a separate entrance, I don’t hear or see any of the neighbors), which is immersed in greenery, cicadas sing, 2 minutes from the sea, the food is good, not a buffet, but like at home

Good quality recreational facility. Dining and food is just a song! Many thanks to the canteen staff! They know how, they know and love their job, real pros! The sea is nearby

Dolphins often come, although they were in September. When the sea is calm, the water is clear, you can swim in a mask and watch fish and crabs

The wave is big, the coast is rocky! The sea is clean without algae! Shizlongs, catamaran, bnanan, airboard!

The rooms are just tin-dirty, savdepovskie, the water is smelly, it's disgusting! And for 3000 per day (though with breakfast for three)!!! In the morning, anger turned to mercy when we saw the purest sea! We had enough for two days (so that the children would be bought), then boredom: there is nowhere to go, nature is scarce

Rested with family in July 2020 on the advice of friends. Bribed clean sea and sparsely populated. Upon arrival late in the evening, my disappointment knew no bounds

We have been resting for 5 years. Very hospitable hostess, always goes to meet all wishes. The coffee is great, the staff is very friendly. Best place for a budget holiday

Just like everywhere else, it has its pros and cons. Pros: close to the sea, own beach, swimming pool, quiet area, relatively modern hotel

Comfortable air-conditioned rooms, friendly and helpful staff, private access to the beach (a concrete pier, which is convenient, no sand in swimming trunks or swollen fingers from pebbles), a private freshwater pool, a dining room, parking for a car

The view was on the forest, but we didn't need it, we arrived at the sea. The pier itself from the boarding house is so so. But the sun loungers are free (on the beach 150 rubles per day)

Not a passage yard, all "their own". Shop on site, wide beam beach three minutes walk, near a pharmacy, minibus 108 to Novorossiysk. There were no interruptions in electricity and water. By car 10-20 minutes to Magnit

Very friendly administrator Aksana, thank you very much! Good room, comfortable. The pool on the territory of different depths, children bathe in the children's part, and for adults the depth is even up to the neck))
