Probably the best hotel in Tikhoretsk. There are some disadvantages, but not significant ones. For example, there is no safe in the room and bottled water for drinking, it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms, but in my room the smell of cigarettes was present. Otherwise, everything is decent, the staff is nice, clean, the breakfast is delicious.
Nice hotel. Spacious, clean room, has everything you need. Breakfast is varied, a great choice for all tastes. The price of the room acceptable. The staff is friendly, polite. There is a cafe with a bar, the food is tasty. The only negative is the weak WI-fi. Recommend.

I haven't been to the hotel, so I can't judge. I was at a banquet in a restaurant. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and efficient. I didn’t like the fact that the air conditioners work very poorly. When there are about 50 people in the room, it gets very hot.
Polite staff. There is hot water. They provide towels. Of the minuses: there are not nets on all the windows, hard pillows. And in the morning we met a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen. But at night they did not disturb. For 3 people they paid 1,500 thousand for a room. For those traveling to the south, this is an excellent option to spend the night for a couple of hours or more.
Thank you very much for the warm, tasty and friendly attitude towards visitors!!! Live music is something!!!! The waiters are polite, the cook (kunya) is just SUPER!!!! The decoration of tables and dishes is FAIRY TALE!!!! Thank you very much!!!!
Overall, not bad at all for the money. 2 local rooms for 1000 rub. Facilities on the floor. Laundry, 30 rub. for a thing. You can pay by credit card. The staff is adequate, I can't say anything bad. From time to time the hotel is filled with children - there is an ice complex nearby, they come for competitions. So if possible, it is better to book.

Booked a room for 1800 double. The shower does not work, there is no light in the toilet. The photo on the booking does not match. As a result, we changed the room at no extra charge, there is a refrigerator, TV. The window was barely opened. It was noisy at night, passing cars and a loudspeaker from the station interfered with sleep. In general, an old Soviet hotel, everything is clean.
Good hotel. I would give her three stars. The rooms are clean, the bathroom works fine, the staff is friendly. There are also disadvantages. No disposable slippers, no tooth brushing kit, and the breakfasts are so-so. Summary - a normal hotel for a business trip.
