Because such hotels just need to be promoted! You guys are great !!! The room is super! The cuisine is super! The staff is super! The hotel is very good. The staff is courteous and professionally trained. Cons: in room - no screens in the Windows and when the restaurant hosts banquets, music is heard to night.
From the hotel to the beach 40 min walk.
Was still unpleasant moment: we drove for 12 days, and every time we left the hotel to the beach, we were asked:"You go?" and okay if he asked once or twice, there is duck, drove us every day :-)

Comfortable beds, all the little things you need. Good option for one night stay. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a children's menu. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook. Nice view, but not from all rooms. Cons: room design.

Different from other hotel. Located right on the Sochi track on the road, with balcony views of the entire city. Walking distance to the sea 20 minutes from the mountain and 40 minutes to the mountain. But by car - 5 minutes to the town beach, with no traffic. The kitchen is good, rooms are decent. The prices are moderate. And nothing more is necessary.
