The reservation was paid for 7 days for two months. We arrived, but there are no rooms. Sent to another hotel for 5 days. Mess. The buffet was paid for, but sent to the hotel without a buffet. Returned to hotel 5 days later. Settled in a room, standard, shabby walls, pieces of wallpaper are torn off, the TV is on the verge of "breaking now." From the windows a view of another hotel, after three meters you look into the windows of others. Curtains in the room are half hanging without hooks. Meals are buffet type. But there is little choice. From what you can drink it is water with slices of lemon, orange and mint, which is not even infused. Immediately pour new water into the kushin again. And tea. No compotes, nothing, no juices. Water cooler 1 on the first floor. There are no cups. From the third they ran to get water to drink on the first. Location is good. Not far from paralia, but it's a long walk to the sea. The pool is small.

That's horrible!!!! When booking, they promised super rooms, but in fact ... We settled in a room for 3 boys and a mother, in fact, in a quadruple room, there are two bedrooms and two single beds! To the question "where can I sleep?" They said sleep with your child on one, and for a moment he is 10 years old and I pay for four beds!!! There is no more hot water in the shower!! The crane falls off. They said "made an application, wait for the master to come." Do not wash after the flight, nothing. And if the children will wash, they will give water and the faucet will vomit, the faucet staggers so it’s scary to turn it on !!! The beds are on top of each other, the suitcase did not even stand between them! Wallpaper is torn. For all claims, the staff said rudely, well, we don’t like 500 applications, we’ll find someone to accommodate.

We rested with a family (2 adults and two children - 12 and 15 years old) from 06/15/21 - 10 days.
Responsive, cultured staff. Issues that we had were resolved immediately.
We got a renovated one-room quadruple room. The smell of paint and sticky walls persisted even after we left.
Wooden beds with box springs. The protruding springs are visible even through the bedspread. Bed linen is clean. Each bed has only one pillow. Linen and towels were changed once every 5 days, this is when the world is fighting COVID19.
Air conditioner. The principle of operation of this unit is that it buzzes like a corn maize, drives a slightly chilled wind.
Refrigerator - freezes, but makes a lot of noise.
Ripped curtains on the windows.
In the bathroom, soap, gels and shampoo are laid out in the old fashioned way, in the smallest possible packaging. Firstly, remnants are not convenient to use. Secondly, they are issued according to the number of residents and without taking into account the fact that there is still a shower in the bathroom. There are no dispensers to speak of. The water in the shower is not stable - you can scald, and then suddenly cool. In short, the temperature balance will be observed.
There are no tea stations or drinking water in the rooms. There are no glasses. Cooler with boiling water on the first floor. There is no lift. The building has four floors. Room on the fourth floor.
Dining room - self-service buffet! There are many small children in the hotel. After them, the tables remain dirty (wet, with smudges on the tablecloths). For the first time I see that in the dining room with a buffet you had to take away the dishes. At breakfast, there is an acute shortage of absolutely everything: free tables, cutlery, cups, plates. Dishes are cold. Assortment of dishes: porridge, chicken, dumplings, pasta or buckwheat, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes. From drinks - instant coffee and tea bags.
I didn’t find a place - have breakfast standing up. The children stopped going to the canteen on the second day.
The hotel has a small swimming pool with heated water and beautiful lighting.
The hotel also has free guests - mosquitoes.
The general impression is amazement that this hotel has a 3-star level and that such a well-known operator, Intourist, works with it.

The hotel is beautiful from the outside and has a swimming pool. But the room is terrible - on the first floor, cockroaches in the bathroom are in each room (they lived in a football team, so there were in each room), the wallpaper is moving away, torn off in places, the cleaning is purely symbolic (they wipe the floors, change towels, the battery has never been wiped on it for centuries a layer of dust), audibility in room 3 through the front door you can hear everyone who walks along the corridor, you can’t hear neighboring rooms, thank God). The only plus is the food in the dining room is delicious homemade.

The hotel does not deserve its 3 stars. The cleaning in the room is terrible, for appearance, the floors under the beds were not washed, the dust was never wiped off in 12 days. Linen and towels were changed once. The window cannot be opened in the evening, because the mosquito net is not the right size. Often there was no hot water, either warm or cold. The showerhead sprayed in all directions. There is no hair dryer in the shower. There is no ramp or lift so be prepared to carry your suitcases. They smoke at the tables on the territory, so all vacationers breathe cigarette smoke, including children on the playground. The territory was cleaned with us 1 one. On the positive side, heated water in the pool. Of the declared 500 m, you will have to walk 850 m to the beach. And finally - when you leave, do not forget to rent a room, here customers apparently are not trusted like in other normal hotels.
