Terrible guest house. Never come back here again
Incompetent staff who cannot solve the guests' problems.
First we arrived, I liked everything - Silence and comfort. then it began ... according to the rules, cleaning is carried out every 3-4 days, but in fact, in two weeks they never cleaned up, they did everything on their own, so that they had to change the towels themselves and had to go down and forgive, as well as the bed linen.
Cups were not delivered to us in the room, to which we did not even pay attention, and upon departure they demanded to pay for the deficiency.
A large and noisy company arrived, they were noisy until about 00:00, the administrator took their side, and when a drunken guest insulted me in a rude form when I asked to make the music quieter, when asked to look at the cameras and take the records to the police, I was told "no" ... They also said that if we call the police for a noise, we will pay for the call ourselves. The request for the owner's number was also answered in the negative.
On top of that, the pool is dirty and you can only swim in it until 00:00, which we were not warned about.

Disgusting place. The staff are unhelpful and incompetent. The bar only works when the bartender wants to come. Bed linen and towels are not changed even upon request. Housekeeping is absent from the word at all. After a conflict with a noisy company that was listening to music loudly after 11 pm, the administrator offered to sort it out on the street themselves. In general, this "hotel" is no longer a foot

Were at the beginning of July 2021. For a 3-bed room they gave 17400. The price does not correspond to the quality at all. The bathroom, if you can call it that, is a trough where you can break your legs. The toilet is barely pressed to wash it off, with both hands !!! the room is simply painted, the curtains are a semblance. The staff is sorry, not at all qualified. Not interested, not friendly yet and hovered to me that I allegedly did not pay them correctly, then we figured it out and this is a mistake. The only plus is that the sea is close. I do not recommend, we will not go there anymore

We rested in this guest house from 25.07.2020 to 01.08.2020. Booked in advance, kept in touch with the administrator by phone and WhatsApp. We rented a 4-bed room. The room is great, large, spacious, clean. Upon check-in, a deposit of 2 thousand is charged, as indicated on the booking sites in the description. There is a swimming pool for children and adults with sun loungers and tables near it.
On the plus side, it is close to the sea in a quiet place, cleanliness in the rooms and on the territory, unobtrusive staff, thermal pots on each floor, hot and cold water around the clock, normal-sized refrigerator in the room, a panoramic window with a mask, a playground, no screaming animators and music. Linen, towels were changed on the 4th day, then the room was removed.
Of the minuses that did not bring us much discomfort - a small balcony, an uncomfortable wardrobe, a small kitchen area. In the kitchen, for cooking only multicooker and a microwave oven. If you do not own these devices, you will have to settle in canteens. No hair dryer in rooms.

The impression of this pitchfork is not very good. Booked through Booking a triple room for 3 nights. Price 8400. The room was on the fourth attic floor without a balcony with a small window. That is, things cannot be dried, there is an unpleasant damp smell in the room, the cleanliness of the room at 3. On each floor of the "villa" there is a memo that for an open window when the air conditioner is on, a fine is 500 rubles. This is the first time I see such "fines", we opened the window so that the air conditioner would take fresh air, and not drive the musty aroma of the room. The room has only a split system and a TV. A thermo pod, a dryer and a microwave oven are common on the floor. It is extremely inconvenient to go down and up to the fourth floor with a child of 2 years old. The location from the beach is also so-so. We were led to believe that walking to the beach is close, but in fact it turned out that the central beach is the most crowded and dirty. the room is definitely not worth the price. Upon arrival home, we found that the "property" had canceled our booking at the booking site, apparently in order not to pay a commission to the site and not allow us to leave a review.
