The hotel positions itself at 4 stars. That is, to understand how the Bridge Resort in Sochi. In fact, I would give this hotel a maximum of 1 star. The declared buffet is something! The food is cold, tasteless, there is no variety, and plus one has to fight for food. Either you are standing in a giant line for food or at a table! After about 20 minutes, all the food ends. The beach is 350 meters away and the first line is a complete lie! It takes about 20 minutes to drive to your OWN beach in a stuffy dirty old gazelle! And then walk about 10 minutes past the trash heap!
The reported snacks on the beach and in the bar are a lie! The territory of the hotel has no word at all! The entire territory is occupied by a swimming pool and a small playground among the tables! The pool is not heated, the hotel staff themselves say this, that is, again a lie!
The hotel administrators deserve a separate assessment. Popova Anna Sergeevna met us and saw us off. This is a typical image of the ice cream maker of the Soviet Union: I am already doing you a favor by talking to you. No idea about the service! When checking in at 5 in the morning with a sour face, she did not explain anything about what time they would check us in, where we should go. Until you ask, she will not say anything herself. We stood by 2 families, nothing is clear. As a result, they settled only about 15 hours. They refuse to give their last name, they are afraid, they snarl! Completely incompetent! How many times have been at the reception - there only everyone swears and finds out something. Senior manager - Kiryanova Elena Valerievna cannot solve a single problem, she just shrugs her shoulders. Transporting through a puddle of sewers right under their hotel is not included in the hotel's services. And nothing that is a couple of meters and the question is not worth a damn. They cannot solve such problems. He is also afraid to give his last name!
Around the hotel there is a knee-deep sea of ​​water that cannot be crossed! I do not know WHAT you can write good about the hotel. They refused to take us back to the tour operator's bus with our suitcases across the sea (maximum 200 meters). Disgusting hotel, just the bottom !!! People don't come here! Take pity on your money and nerves!

I can positively evaluate the room itself and the cleanliness of its udorka!
Breakfast is not included in the room rate for 4-4500 kopecks. Paid separately. The kitchen is basically the same. My stomach ached after the crab salad! My husband has heartburn from wine.
In view of the rains, I got sick, plus family circumstances, we decided to leave earlier, to which we were informed at the reception that the hotel withholds a fine for at least one unused day, and the rest is at the discretion of the hotel management! Which, by the way, is illegal.
